“Let me take a moment to tell you about a man named JOE!! 2026 has been kicking my you know what. Actually the last couple years have. The economy and many mishaps tanked my credit and I already have one auto loan. My daughter’s first car that was owned outright decided to catch fire 3 weeks ago. With only liability as it was an older car there was no recouping anything. Since she started college in August and being a commuter I handed over my car and when work or appointments came up we shared or I ubered. Anyhow that was only a temporary solution. Again with credit in the trash and an active auto loan I didn’t see much light at the end of the tunnel but faith and determination didn’t let me give up. Then along came Joe. I’ve know for a long time being a rental customer that enterprise also sold cars so I decided to poke around the site. I mistakenly submitted a contact form and Joe called. Honestly I was quite embarrassed didn’t want to answer but something said just talk to him. His voice was calming and familiar and he listened while I put everything out there. Then he said let’s see what we can do, if you’re not giving up neither am I. Submitted one short application and in came the approvals he gave me sound advice on which ones would suit me best. Then came the car shopping while a girl could dream I really would have appreciated anything with wheels but Joe didn’t let that happen. He asked what I would prefer and found me a vehicle I probably would have never picked myself. The process was easy fast and the whole team was so welcoming and polite. On top of that given my credit and open loan the finance company wanted a hefty down payment however between he and the finance manager they were able to get it to my budget without an astronomical monthly payment. He’s definitely a magician. Joe wasn’t pushy he wasn’t desperate he was a cool cucumber so sweet and personable. We laughed and joked probably spent more time doing that then the actual car buying. If you made it this far and you’ve been down on your luck, money is tight, need a reliable car and really want a hassle free car buying experience then head down to enterprise in east Hartford and ask for Joe!!! Joe again may every thing you touch multiply you are a true gem. Even if I hadn’t been able to purchase today I would have still recommended you. You can’t fake a glowing aura thank you Joe!!!”
