“When my Avalon was smacked and the left rear was crumpled, I chose Ralph's Auto Body at the recommendation of my mechanic, in preference to the one recommended by my insurance company. I am so glad I did. Ralph is a perfectionist, at least to my standards, and knew what would happen on the schedule to get me back in my car the earliest, and totally awesome condition. He was accessible where other shops were not, and he totally knew what he was doing with every car system and symptom from stem to stern, at a price that beat the bigger place my insurance company preferred. “Jasmine P provided outstanding customer service and helped me with a seat cover, and when it was uncomfortable and I returnd it, she was still all smiles and friendly service. More people need to be like her. I will be back because of her service.I really wanted to fill out the survey just to give her credit, but that survey is the creepiest I have seen and a HUGE violation of personal privacy, asking about my grandchildren and ages. Why? Its an auto store. Creeps. Asked my slary and all kinds of personal stuff and the survey was just beginning. Just gross. Whats wrong with these people?”

“After the recent storm we had, all 4 of my tires were nearly flat. I went to 4 different gas stations in the area and all of them their air pumps weren't working and actually took MORE air out of my tires.Limping along at 1 mph with my 4 year old in the car and my hazards on, I pulled into the service center here as a last ditch effort. I had no money to offer, but I asked if there was a chance someone could fill the air in my tires.They weren't even open 10 minutes and everyone here jumped to find someone to help me out. My poor car limped in and I'm lucky I didn't pop my tires or bend my rims that's how little air I had left!The service people here literally saved my day and in this awful time of the kandemic where it's really hard to find some kindness amongst the fear, these people really went above and beyond for me.I know it's a small simple thing, but I cried on my way to my Dr apt after they helped me out, I was just so touched by their generosity even though I was not customer and I had nothing to offer!”
“I visited Nero's for the first time today, hoping they could diagnose and fix a mystery leak in my Subaru that was causing an accumulation of water on the floor of the cabin. I had steeled myself for a lengthy and possibly painfully expensive procedure.
