“I visited Nero's for the first time today, hoping they could diagnose and fix a mystery leak in my Subaru that was causing an accumulation of water on the floor of the cabin. I had steeled myself for a lengthy and possibly painfully expensive procedure. To my amazement, they knew immediately what was causing the problem and were able to fix it quite quickly while I waited. Not only that, they very generously did not charge me for the work. I felt very blessed not only to have the problem resolved, but also to experience the kindness and humanity of this small business. Thank you, Nero's!
