“I visited Nero's for the first time today, hoping they could diagnose and fix a mystery leak in my Subaru that was causing an accumulation of water on the floor of the cabin. I had steeled myself for a lengthy and possibly painfully expensive procedure. To my amazement, they knew immediately what was causing the problem and were able to fix it quite quickly while I waited. Not only that, they very generously did not charge me for the work. I felt very blessed not only to have the problem resolved, but also to experience the kindness and humanity of this small business. Thank you, Nero's! I need a new set of tires, and I will definitely be coming to you!”

“After the recent storm we had, all 4 of my tires were nearly flat. I went to 4 different gas stations in the area and all of them their air pumps weren't working and actually took MORE air out of my tires.Limping along at 1 mph with my 4 year old in the car and my hazards on, I pulled into the service center here as a last ditch effort. I had no money to offer, but I asked if there was a chance someone could fill the air in my tires.They weren't even open 10 minutes and everyone here jumped to find someone to help me out. My poor car limped in and I'm lucky I didn't pop my tires or bend my rims that's how little air I had left!The service people here literally saved my day and in this awful time of the kandemic where it's really hard to find some kindness amongst the fear, these people really went above and beyond for me.I know it's a small simple thing, but I cried on my way to my Dr apt after they helped me out, I was just so touched by their generosity even though I was not customer and I had nothing to offer!”
