This ATM is always out of cash. Extremely inconvenient. Plus, they don’t even put up a sign. So you show up thinking you’re going to pull out cash until you see the buttons greyed out once you’ve logged in. Can’t imagine why it’s so difficult for a BANK to keep track of their ATM funds.

I had a throughly awful experience with promotions supposedly offered when you bank with them. Get everything in writing, and so everything in person if possible.

went in there today for help they basically told me they couldn't help me I needed to go to the branch that I opened the account at I went to the branch I opened the account at and they said that's not right citizen's bank is citizens bank nomater where u go and they should have helped u the manager from foxon totally brushed me off and didn't even bother to look at my account or try to call someone to see if she could help before sending me on my wsy ill be filing a complaint with corporate and closing my account once the situation is resolved and you can thank the manager at the fox on branch for that the branch in the center of east haven is amazing and they always try to help

They charge you $20/ month just to keep a basic checking account. They don't notify you if you are overdrawn and keep adding overdraft fees which they will not remove. With their limited hours and locations I do not recommend Citizens bank. TD is much more convenient and there is never an issue accessing your account information with them. They also do not charge just to have an account open with them. Ridiculous. Angry to reflect on all of the money they've received from me over the last 15 years.. for absolutely nothing.
