Kinda disappointed. Though the staff ( unsure the accurate names but the gentlemen who are at the machine handling payment, etc) were nice, I don’t quite understand the system. We got the Works Plus which includes a Lava Wash, Hot Wax, Polish Master, Triple Foam Polish, Clearcoat, Tire Shine, Wheel Brite, Undercarriage Wash and Exterior Wash however once going thru the car wash, there’s no difference in the cheapest wash to the most expensive. There’s several lanes to go thru before all being crammed into one lane so there’s no actual order which brings me again to how am I getting all the services I paid for when you have cars cutting in front of you. It was a quick 20-30 seconds and once the tires are latched in you cannot control how slow or fast you go. We weren’t even able to get the car fully dried before we had to drive off because it was so busy they had cars on the belt one right after the other. And after all that, my car was not washed throughly especially the tires. Unfortunately being so busy we didn’t see an empty spot to use the vacuum so we didn’t get a chance to do that. I’m just disappointed that it seemed more of a money grab than actual attention to detail when it comes to the washing of vehicles properly.

I'm Paying a Monthly to pass my car anytime needed. I have a issue that they don't put soap on the first water when entering the machine so my car doesn't get cleaned correctly and my tires don't get shine in it when I come out of the splash exactly is what I get a splash with just water. I could do that at home.

Service is good but they won't tell you that when they have their $11 promotion for the month that you have subscribed to the monthly splash car washes regular fee of $23 for the following months

Seems to be fair prices! Vacuums always work and the mat washers and dryers are nice to use. Would recommend!

I Have a monthly subscription + is well worth it. In this day and age we need to point out when you get good service and on two occasions Tylor has been understanding , patient, and provided stand out service! You are lucky to have him in your employment and your customers as lucky to have him.
