“Had to get my car towed through my insurance and was assigned this shop to pick up my car. Everything went smoothly and fine except there was minor damage done to the bumper. Once notified of this they were quick to respond and agreed to fixing the damage. Although my car was there a little longer than I had hoped, it was still a fast turnaround time and they even detailed my exterior. All in all what could have been an extremely stressful situation was made easy and carefree by this shop. Highly recommend”

“My car died on the highway last night, had it towed to Mirela motors OK. They were very prompt by midmorning. They told me what was wrong with it, in the process I asked them to check the brakes. A short time later I received a phone call telling me about the brakes and then not long after that the car was ready to be picked up. Benny The owner even invited me to stop by sometime when I'm done with one of my veterans administration appointments down the road. I live in Torrington and I got the local treatment as they say. If you're in a jam with your car and you need a tow consider them before some of the other folks.”

“I go there regularly, at least once a month and my truck is waiting for me, and it even has gas in the tank. I get a 20' truck and it does fine for short hauls. I might be a little nervous to take it cross country. The staff is friendly and things seem to go very smoothly, including at checkout. Years ago they struggled to get through the screens, do there must have been some significant upgrades. I prefer to deal in person because the online checkout seems really finicky.”
“Ben using RPM for the past five or so years. I have a gutter cleaning business and have 3 trucks. What I like best is, I rarely have to leave my car for more than One Day! Work and pricing is more than fair. Can't recommend RPM enough”

I broke down in the dark, in the cold, in an unfamiliar city. The dealership wanted to charge me 3 times what Megill's charged me. They went out of their way to help me out, do the repair, and get me back on the road for my final leg of my trek from Florida to New Hampshire. The kindness of strangers is a real thing. Megill's fixed my car affordably and were kind through the process. Even fed me lunch and calmed me down in a very stressful situation.

“Chris at the front desk was very pleasant to talk to. My daughter was here visiting from out of state. She had had her vehicle fixed before her trip. Was taken back a second time and was told her leak was just residual fluid and the rattle in front end wasn't anything of concern. Well needless to say , the day after she arrived we noticed two basket ball size fluid leaks in the driveway. With there busy schedule they were able to get her in, deal with the warranty people and order parts needed for the repairs. Juang (mechanic) explained everything that he found wrong with the vehicle and addressed the seriousness of the situation. I am more than pleased with their performance. THANK YOU! ?

When they were called to inform them of the current situation, their reply was just tell the technician to fill it back up with fluid and drive it back and we will fix it for free. ? I also wouldn't recommend ProGuard Warranty. They wouldn't cover the original repair again unless it was taken back to B&B Auto. So, i guess that they both felt it was okay to send a young mother with children back out on the highway to drive 5 hours with fluid leaking out of her vehicle.........”
