No problems with the clerks here. Pretty helpful with obtaining my passport. They were knowledgeable and made the process pretty easy for me. Thank you.

Alex was so helpful –– I came in with my husband who had just worked a night shift. It was the only time we had to submit our son's passport info – I made an appointment online, however, never hit submit, so that appointment was never really made. Alex said it was no issue but would take a little time since he would process it in between customers. We were out of there in maybe 15 minutes!

Rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Store is a mess. There is a reason I go to Branford Post Office instead even though it is way out of my way.

They only have 1 person working every time I’m here. It’s small and very outdated. Not to mention dirty. Expect to wait over 30 mins.

I wish I would’ve taken heed to the reviews here about missing mail. Before I get into it I will su that each time I’ve come into this location I’ve been treated well no complaints there. However on the 27th I mailed out an important payment that could not be taken via web had to be mailed in and had to arrive by the 1st. I asked the clerk he said they should receive by 29th. However here it is the 6th and payment has not yet been received.

Surgeo or surge not sure how he spells it, felt it was ok to give a dirty look and stare at you when you leave. Not sure why. I thought thats something management frowns upon? ??
