These people are impossible to deal with. No local phone number. 800 number bounces you around to 4 or 5 "specialists" and then no one can help you. Try to schedule a call/appt on line and no times available for 14 days. I have no idea why someone would choose to do business with this bank.

Bank of America is a huge disappointment. It lacks the ability to sever people in a timely manner. One teller on Saturday, line out the door. I watched over and over the approach with customers and it’s awful. As a whole it’s gotten too big and too greedy. Take better care of your customers!

Terrible experience, lazy workers, slow motion workers, they don’t any efforts to help their client, they try to blame other banks for their mistakes and faults, they treat well only these whom enter at their branch in high standards dress code.I’ll remove all my workers to a different bank, very disappointed due tot he lack of efforts to assist and help their clients.

I went to Bank of America and let me tell you it was the most uncomfortable environment I’ve been in. Tracy ( I believe is the manager) was rude and wasn’t pleasant to be around. Bank of America needs to find better MANAGEMENT. Clearly, they don’t care about their customers.

It's crazy that this branch is still not open, even partially, with office hours. A local phone number is also not provided for an office appointment request. After dialing the 800 # provided at the website, you encounter only an automated, indifferent voice that promises a long wait before your call is received. Small wonder....since customers are required to call in, rather than receive in-person service. This is terrible, lazy service....especially now when schools are opening, restaurants are in business, and front-line providers have been taking care of us throughout this pandemic.

I'm a long time multiple business owner with many accounts with BOA. I came to BOA via Fleet just for some context of relationship time. While the staff at the location are very helpful it's important for BOA Corp to consider to ADD staff and service rather than keep taking away and saving costs, like closing branches in Mystic etc. Today marked my 3rd in person attempt in Niantic to make a wire to a supplier and with their being 1 customer at the associates desk and 2 other customers waiting, it's clear...I don't have time to sit 30-45 min for service. Very politely the front desk said to "call and make an appointment" but here you are removing convenience further from your customers. I'd like to be able to walk in my bank and simply make a wire. It's time to find a new bank...

Our BOA here in East Lyme is a fabulous financial institution. The manager, banking reps, financial advisors, tellers and staff are fabulous people. Have never banked with a place that legitimately offers wonderful services with a smile. They are all very happy to assist everyone, they take their time, they give sound advice - AND THEY ARE children friendly! Many thanks to Mr. LeClair for all the help he gives to our community on a daily basis. It's fabulous to bank with such great people! Thank you BOA. I'm proud you are part of our community! Thank you.
