Always meets my expectations. I was disappointed when they removed the options of light, medium or heavy starch. Now it's just starch or no starch. I have since learned that us the industry wide trend but I don't like it. Once again the customer loses. Laundry is prompt and always on time. Very reasonably priced and if you prepay there's a 5% discount. If you are active duty or retired military, there's an even better 10% discount. Been coming here for over 50 years and just found out. Being retired military this is quite a revelation. I was active duty when I became a customer.

Horrible service, horrible attitude, doesn't get the clothing clean, and wants to charge you extra for not doing their job!! Steer clear!!!!

On at least 6 occasions I have had clothes come back with stains or still not clean. I have immediately run them through my washer and eliminated the stain. I have addressed this with Barry's several times. I honestly don't believe them to be professional or ethical. I would not recommend them to anyone and will never use them again.

Have never used Barry's before, and this the first time will be the last. As a military member, there is an option to have military creases in our dress shirts; one that I usually do not use. While dropping off my shirt, I double-checked with the worker that there would be no creases..Lo and behold, I picked up the shirt tonight and it had creases; unfortunately, the creases were not correct (there should be 3 in the back, while my shirt had 2), and it was extremely off center. The shirt is not wearable in its condition; I will have to wash and dry to get these creases out. Absolutely unacceptable, will never return to this place.

Extremely rude. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. If you don't enjoy being snapped at or ridiculed for no reason other than dropping off your garments, take your business elsewhere.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced, it was weird. Pam did nothing but complain about her coworkers and make excuses.....I just wanted my suit! When I asked for an explanation on that happened, she went on the loud and crazy rant that it was, " Pick on Pam day!!" It's pretty funny now, but in the moment it was awkward. By the end of the ordeal I was told I'd be reimbursed for the expenses on the following Monday but it never happened.

Just had a military dress uniform dry cleaned and it looks great. They have a 2 day turn around which was convenient as well.
