Costco Wholesale is a members-only warehouse selling a huge variety of items including bulk groceries, electronics and more. The help is friendly and employees go out of their way to assist, never acting like you are bothering them. Even during very busy times, employees work efficiently to refill shelves and ensure a fast checkout experience, with some pre-scanning items in carts. The executive membership is considered definitely worth having. Customers report being able to get in and out quickly, even on a weekend. Many also note it has the best gas price. The company is recognized for caring for its employees, which reflects in their service.

Danielle suggested I send my Hearing Aids out for Cleaning. I’ve had them a couple years they came back. I can hear so much more clearly and she readjusted them for me. She’s a fantastic asset to East Lyme Costco hearing department always ready to help with a friendly smile.
