Corporate CVS needs to help these pharmacists! Clearly they are understaffed and stretched beyond what they are physically capable of handling. They can't answer the phone, fill scripts, answer questions, take new scripts, and handle pickups with just two pharmacists to do it all. I waited 8 hrs for a script that was needed immediately and was actually filled and available within 1 hr simply because the app wasn't updated, the messaging system wasn't updated, and no one answered the phone after being on hold for 40 minutes. Please give these hard workers the assistance they need to fulfill a service they are hired to provide. I am a loyal customer but will not continue to stay with CVS if this is not improved.

Had a good experience at the drive thru pharmacy. Was picking up a prescription and the line moved quick, and the employees were helpful. Katy helped me and she was very kind. Thank you for your assistance! There is plenty of free parking in their parking lot, and it is not difficult to get in and out of the parking lot via. Pennsylvania ave. Will be back.

I am so sad to leave this review. The Niantic CVS used to be an amazing pharmacy. Some of the friendly helpful workers are still there but not many. The store and pharmacy are so short staffed, everyone is noticeably extremely stressed out. In the regular store, shelves are not stocked well or marked with current prices. Product is not ringing up properly. Cashiers are not trained properly. The worst downfall is that the pharmacy does not have needed drugs in stock. They sign you up for automatic refilling and then tell you the drug isn't in and it will be days or weeks away. There is advance notice of need so that shouldn't ever happen. In line yesterday, 3 out of 4 people did not get their order. It is a very very busy pharmacy and more help is needed. The staff is so overworked obviously. It used to be friendly and so efficient. I heard "CVS Corporate" rules have made this happen. Whatever it is, it's bad for business. I used to do weekly shopping there just because it was convenient and friendly. Not any more.

So the employees get 5 stars for putting up with corporate CVS's crap. CVS as a company gets 5 p*** emojis for: 1-treating their employees like sh*t; 2-having the WORST tech possible (stop texting me that my prescription is ready when it's NOT READY!!! 3-Chaos that was totally unnecessary for like the last decade (can't blame that on Aetna); 4- p*** emoji & chaos; 5-generally trying to perpetuate their nasty corporate culture. Google them & why the federal govt took away all their contracts. OR why pharmacist orgs are going after them in other states. Spoiler alert=Their corporate culture is evil & sux. More p*** emojis for emphases

I arrived at the pharmacy at open time,9:00 to pick up a prescription for my son that was filled yesterday and they don't even have it ready?! and instead of politely saying so they very rudely told me to get out of their line and to wait somewhere else. i wouldn't recommend filling prescriptions with the niantic CVS.

Pharmacist could use a little more of a personality
