Today, I picked ip the IPad and it looks great. My grandson will be so happy and I am so thankful.”

“This review is about Manny, the manager of the Waterford Verizon store. I am hopelessly confused when it comes to anything to do with my cell phone. While at the store on Friday March 13, Manny exhibited many excellent qualities of a helper. Qualities such as knowledge of the Verizon system and skill in showing me what to do while trying arrange an automatic bank withdrawal for my monthly Verizon bill. He was exceptionally patient and kind throughout the whole agonizing process.
