“Today was a complete surprise!! Joel Stafford the district manager called us , seeing that we were back in the store for the Apple Watch 9 . He had recommended I should upgrade too. I refuse to, but I ended up buying anyway. He was completely right, I am so in love with it. It’s comfortable, light , just like he said. Now I wished I had gotten it back in November.I am blown away by the amount of care this store has given us. To go out of their way to make a special call , to check up on our purchase. Nobody does this??!!No this store does!!! Up most respect for everyone there. Highly recommended for anyone looking to do business with!!!”

Joe did an excellent job at just that with all the information I would need to consider in adding a Mobile Hotspot to my account. To be honest he went even beyond expectations by making himself available on his day off to expedite my purchase as he understood my time-sensitive situation from the prior phone conversation.As someone with a past retail management background, I could not be more impressed with his dedication to customer satisfaction and also to his manager for allowing the time adjustment so it was possible.Thank you for all the help.”

“This store (and company) has always treated me with such respect. Any time I have gone to this location in the crystal mall, I've been helped above and beyond. “Since I was in the shopping mode I walked into this Target to check out some large food containers for the kitchen. I like the glass containers, so you can see what's inside. They had a nice selection of containers to choose from. I got the one that I wanted and went to check out...there were many registers open and the process was really easy and quick.
