My wife and I along with our two girls worked with Babu and Niteesh to transition over to 4x new Pixel 8 Pro phones and they were absolutely fantastic! These two gentlemen were very professional, extremely knowledgeable and very patient. They took the time to assess and confirm all applications and configurations to ensure there were no surprises. I highly recommend them!

I called to see if the phone we ordered was in on Monday. We were told Monday that the phone would be in Tuesday or Wednesday, someone would call us. No call, so I called today and it was like pulling teeth to find out if our phone came in. I only had the Verizon phone # and the Verizon rep. Said he could not find the account. When he finally found our information, gave a rude tone. He was even worse when we arrived to pick up the phone Worse customer service ever! Add to this we got home and he never added the unlimited texting, etc we wanted. Awful!

I went in to purchase a new phone and trade in my old one. Conner was the one who helped me through the entire transaction. He is very knowledgeable and I couldn't be happier.

The staff were very friendly and attentive even though there were several customers in at the same time. Conner H. Took care of my problem in seconds. He also did a demo on the durability of Liquid Glass for your phone’s protection. Worth the cost if you are prone to dropping/breaking the glass protectors on your phone.

I appealed to the manager Conner two months ago about some extensive problems my daughter was having with coverage when she went away to college. The first day in the store, Conner assured me that he would resolve our issue and wouldn't stop until it was. I'm pleased to say that he is a man of his word and our girl now has 5 bars of service and much safer because of it. Thanks Conner and we will absolutely be back again for anything else we need. Wish there were more managers and store that stood by their word. Thanks!

I was there today and there were only one couple and two employees. I asked one of the free employees whether this is a Verizon wireless store or authorized dealer. The other person came to me and both were very rude to me in front my 4 years old daughter. I will never do business with this store and I don't recommend anyone to go there. Rude for no reason! I hope you go out of business.

I had to come here to pickup a phone. As soon as you walk in it smelled like straight propane or leaking gas. I asked the only guy working if he could smell it and he said Yes. The store itself is messy and unkept which is saying a lot because they don’t really have much in there. Customer service itself was subpar and the guy made it clear he did not want to be there and looks like he just woke up. Although I do give it two stars for ease of pickup. I personally wouldn’t bother buying anything from here nor will I ever do a pickup order from this location again.

You’re better off going to a corporate store. I put two stars only because Dylan who I bought my phone from was friendly and tried to be as helpful as he could despite the circumstances. I had issues upgrading my phone, my texts messages didn’t transfer correctly, my apple CarPlay did not work with my new iPhone 12. I had to go back to the store multiple times eventually having to trade in my brand new 12 for the 12 pro due to technical issues. They were at least nice enough to waive the restocking fee but even that was a hassle with them. After all this my Verizon bill still isn’t correct as it does not reflect the promotion deal when I originally traded in my XR. All they told me to do is call Verizon directly because they cannot change any type of billing since they are just an authorized retailer. Then I called Verizon and they told me they have no record of my iPhone XR being traded in. Will NEVER go here again. Complete nightmare.

I purchased my first Smartphone on April 2. I was surprised that they did not provide a wall charger for my iPhone 12. Apparently Apple no longer includes it in their package. I was willing to purchase one, but was told to go to WalMart. I feel Verizon should have a stock of these chargers rather than sending me to a different store.

Beware get receipts. Went to store at 10:30 Saturday morning note on door said closed for next thirty minutes due to covid cleaning. No one was in store cleaning. Went back tried to get new screen protector girl said they don’t make them anymore for 11 max. I explained last time I was in I bought for $77 a protection program where they replace the screen protector if it gets cracked. So said knows nothing about can’t help me. Never looked my account up nothing. I asked for manager I just got a card with Drew’s name on it. Stay away go to a better managed store.

J.J. worked hard to get my phone to work but it was not to be. He processed to the warranty at about 5:00 on and my replacement phone was at my house early the next day.

Rach and stay were the upmost nicest human beings I have ever met in a very long time. They treated me with nothing but kindness and respect. I got the exact phone I wanted.
