“i’ve been going to bella for over a year now and i can honestly say she’s by far the best artist i've ever been to. she’s done over 20 of my tattoos - each tattoo she has given me has been carefully, thoughtfully and meticulously created to perfectly fit my vision. not only is her artwork immaculate, her kind, caring, and fun personality generate such an emotionally safe environment. bella always checks in on me during tattoos to make sure i’m okay and asks if i need to take breaks. i get so many compliments on my tattoos and i recommend her to anyone and everyone looking to get tattoos. it’s truly such an honor being able to showcase her amazing artwork. the shop itself harbors such a positive vibe and is always very clean and organized. my favorite days are tattoo days when i get to hang out with bella and get fun new decorations on my body. thank you bella for all of the hard work, dedication and creativity you have put into my tattoos and bringing my visions to life and making them everything and more than i could’ve ever imagined. i can’t wait to come get more tattoos soon!”

Incredibly friendly volunteer staff; affordable membership with the proceeds being applied to numerous art related programs, held right at the center, intending to promote a love for and the creation of, art, in its varied forms.”

“What a great space! Lots of bright, natural light. I know that light can erode art somehow, but I wish more galleries would consider using natural light. What a difference! We saw a show spotlighting three artists: Lucia Liao, Art Scholz, and Shannon Gagne. There is a small gift shop. The gallery staff was friendly and informative. Other area art institutions will watch visitors like hawks, as if we're going to stuff a six foot painting into our purses. Windsor Art Center is not like that. This is free, with donations accepted. If you can't find the free parking, you should have your license revoked. Right now, this seems to be their hours: Thurs, 6 - 8 Sat. 10 - 4 Sun. 11 - 4”
