The property is always clean, and I appreciate that there’s a real person on-site. Jacob has been incredibly helpful—from getting me set up with my storage unit to troubleshooting gate issues (which I’ve needed, thanks to the app always crashing and me forgetting my pin!).

Really appreciated the strong customer service orientation that Jacob demonstrated when I needed help with a storage unit. I gave a positive rating solely based on the efficiency and staff interaction. There were instances where I would submit my payment late by a few days and I’d get a friendly reminder via phone call, the staff was always polite and never aggressive.
