The staff is always helpful and friendly. The employee is very helpful in matching the screws you need and in fix whatever you have. The store has a great selection and a great local hardware selection. It is small but well stocked and not a giant orange or blue store. Prices are reasonable and the staff are very helpful if needed. The place has the general expertise and knowledge of big box stores but with a small town experience. Seasonal items sometimes run out but you call before you go.
They seem to have everything for not being a huge store. I stopped in and Lisa was real helpful. She's always smiling. Avoid the lines at the big stores.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a very nice young man. He helped us find what we were looking for.
