I went in to fed ex to print passport documents from a government website. I had trouble accessing the site. Santino was professional and helpful. He walked me through the site and helped me print my documents and then helped me ship the paperwork. Best fed ex personnel. Thank you Santino!

After some very frustrating conversations with the company I wished to send a return to, I finally decided to go to FED-EX at this Wal-Mart Superstore. My frustration soon turned to relief as Chelsea and Santino at this Fed-Ex location, not only solved my problem, but dispensed some true TLC and caring attitude, making things all better. :) Thank you for helping and comforting.

My experience at first was a little frustrating however we were able to figure it out. The manager was patient and very helpful! These are some trying times and you don't know what a person is going through. Each customer should go away with a smile not a frown! Engage! Smile! Patience!

I went to this store on Mar/09 to ship some documents for VISA . As required by VISA office I gave the lady a label and requested to attach it on the envelope and then I waited near by to make sure she attach the label . She told me rudely that she knows her job and asked me not to monitor her .

I was directed here for pack & ship services by the FedEx Ship Center in Windsor Locks and though I was not happy about being re-directed to another location, I'm glad I had the experience. Both the manager and agent here who assisted me were gracious and helpful. I hope FedEx pays attention to this in-store (Walmart) location because they've got some really good folks working for them!
