“Overall, it’s a great store and I can usually find what I need. That said, it would be nice if they carried more basic residential items, such as assorted electrical connectors or household fuses. Those are the kinds of things you often have to go to a smaller hardware store for, and unfortunately Enfield no longer has Carr for that option.
On the positive side, the employees are helpful and the layout is very user friendly. I also want to mention the manager I worked with one evening. She was outstanding and even gave me a discount on the delivery fee for my pellets since I was in town. That made a big difference and was truly appreciated.”
“Darryl went above and beyond by not only transporting the snowblower we ordered for pick-up onto our van with humor and a positive attitude, he also jump started our minivan shortly after once we found out our car battery died while waiting for pickup. He was such a pleasure to interact with and our late-night Lowe's trip (near closing-time btw) became a highlight of our day and a big relief thanks to him.”
“Went in because I had a very clogged toilet and had already bought an auger at Lowes that did not work - it was too rigid to twist into the shape of the pipe. One of the employees saw me and suggested I not buy the one in my hand because he'd tried it and it didn't work. He helped me find a different one - Rigid brand ironically - and let me tell you, in less than 30 seconds my toilet was working again! He saved my day!”
