They Get No Stars From Me But I Had To Put At Least One. Their New “Update” Broke My Rear Windshield Wiper. The Worker That Was There At The Time Said That Has Been Happening Recently So Thanks To Him I Know The Truth. The Manager Then Tried To Just Offer Me 10 Bucks When A Rear Wiper Is Like 40, So Nah Ya Could Keep Your 10 Bucks Since Ya”ll Are That Broke. Apparently My Wiper Was Supposedly On In The Wash, But I Heard A Loud Snapping So I Did One Wipe To Make Sure It Was Still Intact, It Was Not, And Mind You I Already Went Through The Wash And I Was Waiting For The Door To Open So I Could Drive Out. I Hope Everyone Sees This Review.

Flooded the vents in the area where my car battery was at with a pressure washer. Car was still on when I left the car wash. Went next door to gas station came back out to car not being able to start. Looked inside battery pack and it was filled with foam and water. This is the first time I’ve ever had this happen at a car wash but also the first time I had actually people begin the wash with pressure washing the vents. I was able to turn it on again, reached my destination, and when I was preparing to leave, car won’t turn on I tried drying out the area as much as I can and I’m currently letting it air dry right now

Drove from Upsate New York to pick up my wife from Bradley International Airport. Car was really dirty as I drove through snow on the way. Decided to get my car washed and looked for the nearest carwash. Soapy Noble on N Rd. East Windsor showed open until 8 pm. Arrive @ 7:52 pm and the attendant told me they were closed. Also told me they're instructed to close at 7:50 pm each and everyday. Left with dirty car and the poorest service. Would not recommend to anyone.

RIM DAMAGE.....2/27/24While rolling through the wash cycle, the car wash completely shut down. All the water and lighting completely off. I got nervous thinking myself and the car behind me are locked in here, wth! About a minute later, everything came back on and my steering wheel did a complete 360 which isn't normal because it's not supposed to move while being rolled through at all. Once out, I pulled to the vacuum and noticed the both front tires had rim damage. I went to speak with the 2 young men working, Nick and Anthony, and Anthony admitted stopping the wash cycle for some odd reason. They both said the owner wasn't available and asked me to make note of what happened and leave my info for the owner to call me. Well, to make a long story short, the owner never called me, but Nick contacted me and said the owner will not pay for the damage and that the car is mine, do what I need too. I literally just bought these rims 2 weeks ago only to have them damaged by a business who is not taking responsibility for damage at their property. I am very disappointed in this type of service. I'm not telling anyone not to go to this establishment but just realize you are doing so at your own risk. This business owner will not pay for any possible damages they cause. Good luck........

Great facility with top notch equipment and vacuums. Even compressed air for blowing out dusty interior nooks and crannies.One nice feature on the car wash does a great job protecting your alloy wheels with plastic guards on both the outside and inside guiding the wheels.
