My company has used WB mason for many years and they have been great. but in the last few months the prices on the products have increase a lot. We purchase cases of water which has almost double in cost and copy paper has also increased $20 per case. Looking else where for cheaper options now.

Terrible service. It's been 3 weeks of calling and still have not received my order!!!! Despite repeated phone calls to management, still cannot get my stuff. Unbelievable!!! And this was not first time. I'm done!!!

Ordered next day delivery 15 days ago. Rep stopped returning calls and emails. They did take my $$ quickly on a product im still waiting for. Use grainger, office depot,staples, a high school bookstore before these guys.
