All of the positive reviews were spot on!!!! I live in NJ and my daughter attends college in Fairfield CT and her car broke down in the Easton Area at night. A friend picked her up and she left her car at a local park for the night. I had no idea what tow company or what repair shop to use so I looked at reviews and Old Bluebird's reviews sounded like exactly what I was looking for. I called at 7am the next morning, Chris answered promptly, gave me the name of a recommended towing company and said that he would contact me as soon as he had the car and assessed the problem. Long story short, the tow company was right on time and Chris had contacted me within 2 hours to tell me that my daughters car needed a new radiator. What's best of all is that he had it fixed and ready to go the same day for a very reasonable price. I trust this company and recommend them.

Recently had car towed to station to remedy a problem related to car not starting. Repair was a minor but the bill received was exorbitant.

The food is fresh and good. It was a little expensive but not too bad. My only gripe is their policy on credit card payments. Most establishments with a payment by credit card will give you a discount for cash, these guys charge a surcharge.

Chris and the team at Bluebird are the best auto mechanics you can ask for. Honest folks and excellent work at a fair price. They have handled all of our family's cars and we would not trust anyone else.

I haven't been to this garage, but my daughter has. She said he is the only mechanic that didn't try to up sell her. She came in with a flat tire and felt respected and well taken care of. I thank Chris for that.

This establishment has a charming, old-fashioned vibe and is genuinely trustworthy. As relative newcomers to the neighborhood, we've consistently relied on them for our automotive needs. Chris, in particular, has had ample opportunity to overcharge us but has chosen integrity over profit. It's a relief to discover such a reliable and honest team in our local area.

If I could give 10 stars I would!!! I have had my vehicles serviced by Chris and his team for years. Every time I've had an issue with my car, they have diagnosed the problem and fixed it perfectly. This is an upstanding and fair business who treat their customers as #1! I am crazy about the condition of my vehicles and Old Blue Bird Garage always takes the BEST care of my car while it's being serviced. All you need to do is call and speak to Chris and you will never take your car to another mechanic again!! He is "good people" and the best in the business!

Chris and the crew here have been nothing but good to me. From normal repairs and to my strange requests for modifications on my Subaru STI to now Trail Boss, they make sure to pay attention to every little detail.
