Definitely not your normal or even above average vet, just fricken Stellar in our book, took more then 8 years but we finally found a vet we trust, that looks out, and that is always honest with us. They are almost family. You take care of mine... you're family. Oh and all the staffs bedside manners are amazing, cant stress enough ALL staff, from the front counter to the exam room, to the back, and the exit counter. “I had such a positive experience at Winslow Park Veterinary Hospital. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for.I especially want to recognize Carmen and Amanda at the front desk, as well as the veterinary technicians and the entire staff. Everyone was kind, patient, professional, and compassionate. They made a very stressful situation with my dog feel a little easier. Dr Ottolini bedside manner was amazing. She took the time to review my dog’s entire history, explain her X-rays in detail, and walk me through what has been going on with her health. After spending so much money over the past few months and going from appointment to appointment without feeling like I had clear answers, I finally felt like someone took the time to listen, explain everything, and help me understand what was happening with my dog.What stood out to me the most was that I never felt like it was about the money. The focus was on my dog, her health, and figuring out what was going on. Dr Ottolini showed genuine compassion and concern, and I left feeling much more informed and at ease.
Nowadays, it can sometimes feel like veterinary care is more focused on the cost than the animal, but that was not my experience here.When your dog is part of your family, having people who understand how much you love and worry about them makes all the difference. “God where do I begin with Aristokatz. This place is just the best. The staff here is incredible. They do not have easy jobs, and yet they are so patient, kind, and flexible. The entire team here is beyond amazing. You just know they are all cat lovers. My cat is old and has so many issues, and when an emergency pops up they find the time to squeeze me in short notice, and do everything they can for him. Not only is their pricing extremely fair, but they even work with you to find the cheapest options available. They also have Jorgie the house cat who is just adorable! I would give them 6 stars if I could. If you're in Fairfield county you will not regret bringing your cat to Aristokatz.”

“This is a really good veterinary clinic that I would recommend. It's small, quaint and very personal. There were just a couple of things for me that may not bother other people. First, they do not allow you to be in the room while they are examining your pet including blood draws. I literally have separation anxiety from my BooBooKitty as she is truly my baby. I wouldn't allow my child to be examined without me present so I don't like it with my kitty. My kitty is also very anxious when she goes to the vet so having me in the room really helps to calm her. Second, my cat stopped eating after a vaccination they administered. I had to pay for ANOTHER office visit just to get an appetite stimulant which I thought should have been complimentary since the immunization was the sole reason why she wasn't eating. Just things to consider.”

I brought my 10 year old pitt bull Petey in for a consult to Dr. Westerfield to see if his skin cancer could be treated with cryotherapy.
Pete had the most comprehensive physical exam of his life from nose to toes (literally).
Petey can be an anxious guy particularly during a physical exam but here he was happily examined for close to an hour (in no small part due to the fabulous techs/assistants who he instantly fell in love with). Everyone there is outstanding. Friendly, kind, smart, experienced and fun. The environment is calm and relaxing.
None of my pets have ever been examined with this level of detail and thoroughness.

“In February my dog was unable to use her back legs it hurt me to watch her not be able to walk so the very next day I bought her to the vet to see what was the cause of her sudden spiral the veterinarian informed me that she had ivdd and decided that she would need surgery to walk again or we could go with the option of medications but her chances to walk would be 40 percent I couldn't afford 11,000 dollar surgery so I made the choice to go with medication after 2 and a half weeks I didn't notice anything getting better so I did some research and came across acupuncture & cold laser having positive results in dogs with ivdd so I googled places where my dog could have these types of treatments in luckily I found Marcie fallek at first I wasn't sure her treatments would work I also was a little skeptical but I stuck with her advice & natural remedies after just a month of treatment A miracle happened she started using one leg shortly after she started using her other leg now she is starting to walk normal again I'm very grateful I found Marcie and stuck with her plan if it wasn't for her guidance & treatments my dog wouldn't be here today”
