“Very customer oriented atmosphere. All the employees at the bank remember me and my family and ask about how my kids are doing. I get great service every time. It's a very popular branch so sometimes you have to wait in line for a little bit but the wait is worth it for the high quality customer service you recieve.They've had a few 'new hires' in the past year so i try to cut the new employees some slack because theyre still learning the system, but I have seen so much improvement with all of them. Each time I visit they get faster and better.Obviously no bank has a perfect system or perfect service 100% of the time but I can say it's honestly the best bank I've ever had.No matter what bank you go to patience is necessary. People are doing their jobs the best that they can and they try their very best to go above and beyond to help every customer at my branch. Would definitely recommend!”
“I've been banking here for over 20 years. Friendly, helpful staff who (for the most part) recognize you and know your name, though there has been a bit more turnover lately due to retirements. Keep an eye on your checking balance. They're quick to hit you with overdraft fees which can really add up quickly.”

Their ability to remember names that they may only see a few times a year is impressive. And though they are not a big establishment they also don't have all the fees either. “I wanted to comment after seeing other negative comments. I have only been a Key customer for a couple of years and have accounts at other nearby banks and a credit union, and most of my banking is done on-line, but I have always had great service at this branch, comparable or better than my other banks. I came in today 20 minutes before the branch closed to open a new account and again it was done quickly with friendly and accurate customer service.”
“My wife and I just opened an account not too long ago at this branch and since the moment we walked in, we have experienced nothing but awesome customer service. Everyone is super friendly and it's just a very nice thing to know if you are having any sort of problem with your account, they are quick to help and fix it the best way possible. I just had a small issue today as far as an overdraft issue with our account, I went in right away and it was fixed right away. Each person we had met to fix the problem. Amazing customer service and I'm very big on that. The manager was great as well she followed up with us right there in person to make sure everything was taken care of after Selia had fixed everything. I wish I knew everyone's names but just know anyone you go to at this branch will take good care of you.”
