This used to be a half decent establishment. You used to be able to come in here and get what you wanted without ever being asked questions.
I came here the other day to get some simple house cleaning supplies. The look on the lady's face as I hoisted my gear onto the counter was just beyond disrespectful.
"Why do you need 30 feet of rope, a shovel, caustic lye, gloves, a hacksaw, and 10 gallons of bleach?"
I could contain my rage no longer. I'll have you know I'm a veteran. You don't question veterans. Do you know how many slant eyes I took out with agent Orange in Vietnam?
No you don't. I flew the enola gay over Japan and pressed that button. I showed courage where others only showed cowardice.
So to sit here and be questioned about my purchase when I'm the reason there's peace and tranquility here, and hilarious genetic mutilation in 'Nam? Ohhhh boy you're gonna get it Martha.

The people who work there went above and beyond helping me find what I wanted. I ordered 7 plants online and it was delivered on time AND the plants were beautiful and in perfect condition with not one branch broken and not one ripped or missing leave. When I call there asking for advice on plant care the woman was amazing and told me things that I never knew about preserving an outdoor summer plant inside my home in the winter, Yesterday, 6/13, I called looking for a Million Bells hanging plant and they had one left in the color I wanted. She said she would set it aside so we could pick it up the next day. Amazing store!!!!!!!!

My experience at Ellington Agaway was absolutely atrocious. My Lawnmower (Poulan pro), was not able to cut my grass in my yard becausd the blades were not functioning properly; which by now makes my yard look like a jungle. Ellington Agaway sent a man to rectify the problem with my lawnmower. The man did, In fact, fix my the belt under the lawnmower. However, the man rudely stated to me that the lawnmower "needed to be inspected at the shop." I reluctantly had the man transport the lawnmower to their shop. These people then explained to me that the lawnmower was going to take three weeks to fix! And they charged me $300! Well, at first I thought to myself "Well Okay, maybe they are going to do mainence to the lawnmower." Three weeks goes by and I now have my lawnmower. I began cutting the front of my lawn (which by the way was not even that long), And a quarter way through my front yard the lawnmower makes this weird noise. THE BELT WAS DESTROYED! Look at the picture below. Anyways I belive they tensioned the lawnmower inccorectly. They are very rude and You feel that you don't belong their!

We have shopped at Ellington Agway, a family owned business for 50 years. It NEVER disappoints! We are always able to find all that we need for our spring planting; veggies, seeds and flowers. The list of items they carry not just for gardening is extensive..pet supplies , lawn care, equipment and in recent years they have added a wonderful and unique "gift shop" area! The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.

Visited Ellington Agway last week and fellow named Bryan was our service contact for repairing some of our small garden equipment. I have never had a better customer service Representative assist me. Hats off to Ellington Agway for having these types of Employees, taking care of customers

Brian on the lawn and garden or Power equipment division was super helpful. Handled servicing of equipment and newly purchased saw without any hesitation. Awesome customer service!

Wow! Wow! WOW! Beginning to end an incredible experience! I'm a Sexton at a small Catholic cemetery. Our donated X 300 finally died. Went in looking for an S240 because they had one and it was in our budget. Met Brian he listened to our needs and suggested options. The X354 was delivered today! Finished the job in half the time!

I’d like to say thank you for always being there for me when I need assistance. I’d like to especially say thank you to the counter guy that’s always there helping me out. He’s always very helpful and helps me out when I’m unsure of something. Went and bought a chainsaw chain from him today and like always he was amazingly helpful.
