We have been here for over two years now. We really love our apartment. Country living at its best so quiet and peaceful. Our patio is so nice to sit on and enjoy the sunsets. Kerri the property manager truly cares about the residents. She always keeps us informed through emails about anything going on in the community and we really appreciate that. Phil the maintenance supervisor is also fantastic he gets everything down promptly. He also is pretty much a dog lover all the pets here love him. I highly recommend this apartment complex for your next home you won’t be disappointed.

Wanted to have some other experiences under my belt with renting before I made this review of high meadow. Hands down the best property manager I have ever dealt with. Not only is Kerri super kind, she’s welcoming, she’s always on the ball-never misses a beat. Whenever I sent a email over it was always responded within a day. Maintenance was always taken care of asap. The moving in process was quick, I was approved and had the keys in hand the same day. If I were to move back to Ellington High meadow would be my first place on the list for living!

I loved living here,It is such a beautiful, safe, peaceful area! Kerri and Steve were always so friendly and helpful. Calls and emails were always answered back promptly and I never had any issues with maintenance. The moving in and out process was also made very easy.

Love living at this apartment complex. It is quiet and the neighbors are very courteous and helpful. Has lots of closet space and a nice private patio to sit outside. Kerri the property manager, is quick to help answer questions and concerns. Highly recommend it!

To start, Keri is very Awesome as a property manager . Second these places are very clean and kept in great shape... It's a great place if you want to be away from the city .. Highly recommend!!!!
