My truck broke down on 84 and I called my local shop. They referred me to JPM and they were there quickly. Very professional and was even able to navigate my 600 ft driveway. Great job.

I came to JPM via recommendation from a family member and I'm glad I did. My car had electrical problems due to rodents chewing wires above the fuel tank. To further complicate matters, we absolutely needed my car the following morning. JPM enterprises repaired my car in a timely manner, called me a few times throughout the process to keep me updated, and it was literally half the price the dealership quoted me. Highly recommend them for auto repair!

Id give 6 stars if I could! My insuranse company called over 20 companies to try to get a tow (in the middle of the night, in the rain, on a Sunday)-- they couldn't, so I caller JPM on a whim. Mike answered right away and came to tow my car immediately. His professionalism and kindness were outstanding (despite the fact that I surely woke him up at 2am!!). I'm SUPER grateful!!!

Having a vehicle break down is never "fun". Having a vehicle break down, while towing a camper, on a 94degree day is beyond challenging. AAA would not tow the trailer. They would not accommodate our situation. we were trying to stay "cool" in more ways than one. a desperate call to the campground we just left gave us JPM's number. I was extremely nervous. But when James arrived we knew all would be okay. he was respectful, knowledgeable, understanding of the stress level, he was accommodating, helpful, reassuring, towed our trailer with care.....he was even kind to our dog! He helped me get situated back at the campground, and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Trustworthy and safe.........I don't ever want to break down again but if we do in that area, JMP will be our first call. Thank you!!!!Service: Car towing

JPM Enterprises LLC are incredibly kind, honest and efficient. Truly the best experience I've ever had with a towing / auto service company. I had a problem with my car late on a Sunday night, Mike called me back after hours to see what I needed and give me thorough advice on what to do. He went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information and didn't drive in a dangerous situation. The next day, when I needed a tow and AAA was going to take 7 hours, I called JPM Enterprises LLC back. Mike came within 20 minutes. When he got there, he checked my car over and told me that I actually didn't need a tow to the garage (saving me $150 which I otherwise would have paid him). He also helped me brainstorm other places to get parts to save money at the dealership. Mike was efficient, informative and incredibly patient - it is obvious he really cares about the customer not just providing services he can charge for. My insurance company contracted JPM for the towing of my car. I contacted the office we had a little mishap the keys went home with my daughter instead being left in the car, the person (owner) who answered was professional gave me a timeframe to get the keys back to the car. James was AWESOME his communication before he picked up my car and the call after he dropped my car at the repair shop definitely put my mind at ease through the whole process. I'll definitely use this company in the future if needed!!!
