“They have delivery which is so helpful, and they also are generally all very nice. One star taken of for the two people who weren't nice, in fact they were very rude. In the case of the pharmacist I spoke to, seemed to be deaf since he didn't hear me tell him I understood the 7 times I said it during his repeated lecture about a problem that I was aware of and fixing. The other one was just rude about resending the prior authorization that my doctor's office didn't receive. Everyone else has been fabulous, Sherry and Brian are wonderful respectful people.”

The warnings weren’t discussed by the provider I no longer go to now.

“What can I possibly say that will do this place justice?
Well, let's start with the obvious comparison to CVS or Walgreens. At Manchester Pharmacy, I have never stood in line. They greet me by name, have my medications memorized, and, if I'm picking meds up for my wife, they grab them for me before I even say a word. I'm hesitant to write this review because I worry that if more people in Manchester understood how great this pharmacy is, I might have to stand in line.
Every interaction I've had here has been so respectful. I've been treated like dirt at typical big name pharmacies for the simple audacity of existing and needing the pharmacist's help. I've also had great interactions at those pharmacies. The thing with Manchester Pharmacy is that I never have to wonder which interaction I'll get. It's going to be positive every single time.
This is a local gem. The staff is professional, thoughtful, and kind. They really care about their customers, and the quality of their work shows as much.”

I came in and within 20 minutes the technician Nikki helped me get everything into the system and even set me up for texts and called my doctor for one of the prescriptions I didn't have any more of. While I was there everyone that came to the counter was greeted by name! I hope my ins doesn't make me change again. This seems like a happy pharmacy.”

“Cannot recommend this pharmacy enough. I needed a prescription refilled before my vacation and also would need to have it refilled after vacation when there would be no more refills left. Asked if there was any way it could be refilled for 90 days instead of 30 because my followup appointment for the condition was going to be months later. The pharmacist completely understood my somewhat rambling message and dealt with my doctor to get everything straightened out. Can't thank you enough! These guys rock!”

“Went in to have blurry photos redone. Didn't get her name, may have been a manager was great in redoing them even while getting constant phone calls that a delivery came in. She left us to pick up photos from a young man, Cameron to finish the order. Store was short staffed so it was only her and Cameron working. For someone so young, Cameron had a great work ethic, he was calm, patient and kind to the customers. Thank you both for your help and for doing a great job working under pressure!”

“Specifically your pharmacist “Jack”. Give that man a raise cause he definitely goes above and beyond for your customers. I was having trouble setting up the app he helped. I ask ALOT of questions and usually people get snappy or mad at me but Jack was extremely helpful with answering ALL my questions and explaining things to me thoroughly. I have bad anxiety so yall don’t understand when you have employees like this how much it helps especially someone still dealing with trauma and abuse from a former partner.
