We love our new Hunter Douglas shades and Hans was very clear with his instructions on how to use them. We are delighted. We had to run in the new bedroom at 9 AM to see them go up automatically. They did a very good job.

We have just recently replaced our original 20 year old wooden kitchen shutters with new models from the Kellner Store. I can definitively recommend Hans & team for their assistance in selecting the new shutters at the store, their communication throughout the process, timeliness and most impressively, the installation.
Hans' installation experience shows in the execution as no windows are exactly square and the shutters must be adjusted to compensate, something we suffered with in the operation of shutters we inherited with our home.
We are 100% satisfied with the operation, look and light that now can be adjusted with our new shutters.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! From quote to installation the experience was great. 13 windows - mostly shutters, and it all looks fantastic. Hans was very helpful and knowledgeable, explaining everything so that I could make my selections. He was so efficient with the installation, careful and meticulous, being sure everything was to his satisfaction before cleaning up. Nothing was out of order when Hans left. I highly recommend the Kellner Store!

We couldn’t be happier with customer service, quality of the product and experience of the install from Kellner. Hans & team were so patient and helpful in assisting us in picking out the window treatments for our house. We went back and forth on one room in particular and every time they came back with new options for us to consider - no pressure and very transparent.
And the pictures don’t do them justice. Would highly recommend!!

Love my new power view shades and vertiglide curtain. Hans and his staff run a smooth operation from ordering to installation. I look forward to doing business with them again and highly recommend them. You get what you pay for!

We visited the store to inquire about blinds for our triple pane sliding door (the center panel slides) and blinds for the three large windows in our breakfast nook. We looked at all of the samples and had a good idea of what we wanted. We booked an appointment for Hans to come measure and give us a quote. When he came to our house, Hans gave us suggestions as to a better oroduct for our needs. The blinds I originally wanted for the slider in the family room was very high end. When Hans saw all of the toys in my family room and learned I watch my five grandchildren regularly he suggested a more durable, easier to clean blind (also less expensive than the one I thought I wanted). Hans also pointed out several considerations regarding design and color. He was super helpful!! We made all of our decisions that day and signed the contract. Four weeks later, Hans came to install them. It took an afternoon. He did a great job. They look fantastic! Also they have had a noticeable positive impact on heating and cooling. And of course, no more light glaring in my face. Overall it was an excellent experience. I highly recommend Kellner's for their knowledgeable advice, great customer service, excellent products, and flawless installation.

Kellner store visit: Janet was pleasant, very knowledgeable and helpful. Lots of great options to choose from. I choose a Vertiglide shade for my patio door.
Measurement Appointment:Hans was prompt, professional and efficient. He explained the process and was honest about outcome. He cares about the customer.
Install: Michelle was flexible with scheduling and worked around my schedule. Hans arrived early, no problems with a quick and clean install. (No noise, no mess)
Overall: I would highly recommend this store for shades. Excellent quality, many options and price affordable.??

The entire process was smooth, from choosing fabric through installation. The store offers a long selection to choose from. Staff is pleasant and very helpful.
