Went in to old school harley. Wasn’t sure if I would get approved but this guy made it happen I ended up getting a 2024 Low rider S no problem with a custom paint job and I am so happy ? if anyone wants a bike and a good experience please ?? go see this guy thank you very much Eugene Kennedy

I want to start by saying I was not in the market to buy a bike when I went to the shop. I was talking with Bob and Heather both amazing people could and could tell within the first 2 minutes of talking to them how passionate they were. I then left and thought about the bike all day called back on a Tuesday and made a deal with them. If you need a bike Heather and Bob are you go to people. Now to the day I bought the bike went in there met everyone in every department all awsome people!!! Then after talking to Joe and Bryan who also made me feel like family had to buy some parts off them just because how helpful they both were. Then had to buy something in the clothing department were I met Pam and Laura both again amazing people!!! And of course let's not forget about the finance department Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable made the deal of the bike so easy!!! With all that said if your looking for a new or used bike go down and see these guys they all will treat you like family!!!

Bryan, Laura, Pam, Lindsay, & Caitlin were a tremendous help at Old School HD in Ellington, CT! Very helpful, professional, friendly, and sincere. We will definitely be doing more business with these people.

Rode down to Old School after talking with “Big Deal Bob” and Heather about trading in my Road King for a new Road Glide CVO ST. They gave me a fair deal on an Awesome Bike!! They took me around to meet all the departments and they made me feel right at home, especially Bryan and Joe in parts. Great people and a real ripper of a bike!

I’ve left messages for Brian Castor to call me regarding substandard work done on my bike. If I could give Harley Davidson negative stars I would. Yesterday my bike was in for 20k service. I was called and told the belt needed adjustment and that it would only be a half hour of labor for $84. I said that’s part of the service to which I was told nope it’s not. Yes it is and he finally figured that out. Later he told me that the adjustment had been done. So which is it, done or not done? If I had said ok do it, he would have happily charged me. I was told the tech recommended new tires. He alluded to the tires maybe not being legal. Tires on it have less than 5000 miles and they were bought from same dealership owners. When- the bike was delivered to me the tires didn’t look so bad and surprisingly there were no recommendations on my paperwork for new ones. New pipes were not aligned equally, so delivery driver agreed and offered to return
the bike to OSHD. No receipts for any of the parts that were purchased. BW stated he would have them attached to the work order. No call from the owners. Not another penny from me. Update, the picture is the same rear tire 3000 miles later. Still looking good at the wear indicators.

Joe and Bryan in the parts department could not have been more helpful. They had the answers to all our questions. Danny in sales might not have made a sale with us today but we will be back. He was funny and he knows his bikes.

Had a great experience today at old-school Harley Davidson went to pick up a new lithium battery . The old one didn’t want to hold a charge according to my tender it turns out the battery was fine. The charging tender itself wasn’t ,they replaced my tender And now all is fine. Thanks very much Maurice Joe and Bryan. I will see you soon for the new tires we talked about.

Today I fulfilled a life goal by buying my first Harley. I couldn’t have found a better spot to achieve this goal. Bob, Bryan and Joe along with the rest of Old School were fantastic throughout the entire process from the initial greeting to finishing up by ringing the bell and everything in between. There’s really no other place I can recommend to buy or service a bike. Thank you again Old School for making the entire experience memorable!
