Absolutely lovely establishment. Kayleigh was so helpful when I had to transition my banks and made everything very seamless for me. Customer service has always been paramount here. 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve been a member of 360 since high school and I have to say I love Francine that works at the Enfield branch. Her energy is always calming, she’s also quick and efficient. She is all around amazing at her job and a perfect example of what great customer service really is!

I have worked with several Branch managers at the Enfield 360 Branch and I have always had an amazing experience. Nicholas has helped me several times over the past few months with an insurance loss on my home he took the time to give me guidance and answer all of my questions. Nancy has also been extremely good to me she guided me through my whole initial HELOC process. I can't say enough nice things about these people, they go above and beyond which is comforting being thay people don't always do that anymore!

I call to set up a account and was on hold without talking with anyone about opening up an account for over 10 minutes and set up for call back and never got it. I guess they don't care about getting new customers.

incompetent bank. their phone representatives put you through loops calling the same number only to get told to call one you just called before over and over again. my account has been on hold for a month now because no one will help me. Just keeps sending to different phone numbers. Ridiculous.

Always issues when I bank at 360. Whether its incompetent tellers or a system issue is mostly the problem. Also primitive features with mobile and online banking. Would do zero stars but I can't. I will be closing my accounts with 360.

This credit union sucks! I went there to open up an estate account and I was told by the manager as she kept typing on her computer not even looking at me to go hire an attorney! Total ignorance and laziness plus it would cost more to pay an attorney than the value of the check! I went to a different bank and the manager there helped me do the process in no time and was very helpful.

Nacy Marryat was very helpful she went above and beyond I would recommend to go to her she is very professional. I was delighted when I meant her she was very knowledgeable. I have other banks but she makes this one feels like family!!
