incompetent bank. their phone representatives put you through loops calling the same number only to get told to call one you just called before over and over again. my account has been on hold for a month now because no one will help me. Just keeps sending to different phone numbers. Ridiculous.

Always issues when I bank at 360. Whether its incompetent tellers or a system issue is mostly the problem. Also primitive features with mobile and online banking. Would do zero stars but I can't. I will be closing my accounts with 360.

This credit union sucks! I went there to open up an estate account and I was told by the manager as she kept typing on her computer not even looking at me to go hire an attorney! Total ignorance and laziness plus it would cost more to pay an attorney than the value of the check! I went to a different bank and the manager there helped me do the process in no time and was very helpful.

Nacy Marryat was very helpful she went above and beyond I would recommend to go to her she is very professional. I was delighted when I meant her she was very knowledgeable. I have other banks but she makes this one feels like family!!

Erin O’Conner, Branch Supervisor makes me love 360 credit union even more than i already do. She has expertise knowledge of what she does and is so fast and her customer service is exemplary. She has helped me with loans and joint accounts and credit debit cards, you name it. Hands down an amazing person representing this financial institution and would not be surprised to see her as a branch manager very soon. Great hire 360 and thank you always for taking care of me as a customer!

Heather snd megan at lending are just awful, I have nothing but problems with this bank absolutely horrified at how little they care about there members. Not only does healthier not answer emails or voicemails for months, but there rude. I’ve been with 360 for over 10 years, when I was a teenager I had an issue with a loan and let me tell you they do not care about anything after that. I applied for a small personal loan to handle rent and bills for after my daughter is born ( I will be out of work) and they declined me for debt to income ratio. Let me add I pay $1560 a month for a one bedroom cause they wouldn’t give me a $1000 mortgage lol. American eagle or any other credit union would be 10x better and they will actually treat you like a human

I just opened my account, and there are only 3 ATM’s and only one of them allows your cash to be deposited instant and to be able to use it on your debit card. I’ve had to drive 45 minutes round trip 3 times to deposit money just to find out that ATM isn’t working. Considering closing my bank account snd going with a branch they isn’t so inconvenient

I cannot imagine why there are so many poor reviews of this facility. I have been with 360 for several years now and I have never had any issues. In fact, I believe their service is impeccable - I financed my home, equity, and multiple car loans here. Low rates and courteous assistance cannot be beat.

I had 45 dollars in my account. They stole every penny of it claiming I hadn't used my account recently enough. How many other businesses are allowed to steal from their customers if they haven't bought anything recently?! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST company!!
