“The manager, Rebecca gave us EXCELLENT service. In a manner of 3 days, I was able to get my mom on a 1st floor apt.
The unit is very and clean.”
“Living at Bradley Court Apartments was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From the very first day, I felt a welcoming and safe atmosphere. The common areas were always clean and well-maintained, which showed the staff’s commitment to keeping everything in excellent condition.
The maintenance service was outstanding: whenever something came up, they handled it quickly and with genuine kindness, always going the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. The lady in the office truly deserves special recognition—her warm personality, patience, and constant willingness to help made every interaction easy and pleasant.
At Bradley Court Apartments, I didn’t just find a place to live; I found a true home. I leave with beautiful memories and the certainty that this is a place I would recommend without hesitation.”
“The management here is perfect—professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything runs smoothly. You can really tell they care about both the place and the people. Every detail is handled with thoughtfulness, and it makes the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommended!”
“We have been here for over two years now. We really love our apartment. Country living at its best so quiet and peaceful. Our patio is so nice to sit on and enjoy the sunsets. Kerri the property manager truly cares about the residents. She always keeps us informed through emails about anything going on in the community and we really appreciate that. Phil the maintenance supervisor is also fantastic he gets everything down promptly. He also is pretty much a dog lover all the pets here love him. I highly recommend this apartment complex for your next home you won’t be disappointed.”
“My husband and I are very happy here. We live in the D building (27 Lyman St) and the industrial style in our 2br/1ba unit is really charming: high ceilings, exposed details, brick walls, massive screened windows (~54in x 91in in our unit), and good noise isolation from the outside and other units. So far, seems like our neighbors are pretty cool. The laundry app is very convenient.
Today, I put in a maintenance request for our dishwasher through the tenant portal and about 20 minutes later the guy had come and gone with the appliance running. I’ve never personally lived somewhere with maintenance staff that responsive.
I feel safe in the building given the robust and redundant security features. All of the units at SBL are within walking distance to a lot of great spots, including a bodega and many excellent restaurants and venues for entertainment. Some cute dogs in this building and they’re all friendly.
Our unit faces Union Station, and though we were worried at first about the noise, it’s very minimal and has yet to be anywhere close to a problem. Looking out the window from our unit is cool because we get to see, but rarely hear, the trains going by. It’s a really sweet place to live.
SilverBrick Lofts is a generally well managed property, but the units seem to go fast. We signed our lease “sight unseen” and were not disappointed. We intend to live here as long as they’ll have us, maybe one day upgrading to a 3br unit.
Side note: We have two daughters (2 and 6) and do not get the vibe that this is a bad place to raise them, despite what I’ve read elsewhere and never got a reason about. Sign with confidence if you’re able to get in because they do take care of their tenants, and nothing they told us before we saw the unit turned out to be untrue.”
“Expensive for what it's worth but it is nice. I will say I’ve had a lot of things stolen so lock your car and don't leave stuff outside your door or anything but otherwise it's good.”
