Lie, cheat and steal is the motto here.
I was led to think that I was getting a good car.
ALL LIES!!!!
2 weeks after I drove car away, the brakes were grinding.
The main electrical junction box is no good.
I went to clean the interior and discovered a lot of broken glasses everywhere.
It was then that I discovered that I bought a poorly maintained car that was involved in a crash.
The salesman said that it was owned by a dealership employee that took very good care of it. 100% lie!!!
I also was charged 19.9 % interest on the loan. The highest allowed by law.
The service center is ridiculous.
There is NOTHING good at this dealership!!!!
Joe is a LIAR.
He emailed me and asked me to call him and he could explain the broken glass.
I called him and he said he didn't know.
I showed him photos and he denied it.
He said it was from the bottom of a shoe. Anyone have broken window glass in their car from your shoes?
He is more interested in disrespect towards people, rather than fixing the problem.
I took the car back to get answers, but only got disrespect. The service department did nothing.
All talk, no action. 👎

Excellent service, Actually replaced my engine because of a recurring noise. My truck was out of warranty by a month and they still honored it. I've always had courteous and fair service.

I arrived a little early but they took me in right away. Said it would take an hour to preform the maintenance and they were right on. Left after an hour, any discounts I was entitled to were applied. Price was lower than I thought compared to other car dealers.
Very happy with there service.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Artioli Chrysler/Dodge/Ram in Enfield, CT. What should have been a stupid-simple transaction turned into a month long nightmare. The simple (and RIGHT) thing to do would have been to correct the issues right from the start - instead of blowing me off and hoping I would roll over and play dead.
I found the vehicle on the Internet. I was in western Pennsylvania, it was just outside Hartford, CT.
The deal was made over the phone, a wire transfer of the funds was completed (it was a 100% cash deal) and a couple weeks later, I made the trip to take delivery of the car, only to find several aspects of the transaction I had agreed to, and signed for, had now changed.
As it turns out, I was lied to more times than I can count - and yes, I can document them.
Their totally abysmal telephone system makes it almost impossible to get through to anyone, and when you do, all you get is an answering machine - and getting a return call back is highly unlikely.
I wasn't looking or asking for anything more than for them to correct what was wrong with the vehicle (and the discrepancies in the paperwork) and make it right, per the deal I was promised, and issued a Buyers Order for.
It took nearly a month of multiple phone conversations, endless emails and one lie after another for the dealership to finally make most of the things right and monetarily reimburse me for what should have never been an issue to begin with.
I'm 78 years old, this makes the 42nd vehicle I've owned.
I have never had such an unpleasant experience with any dealership in the past.
Given the way I was treated, it almost seems it was their commonplace (or standard practice) way of doing business, and I seriously doubt mine was an isolated incident - it was far too well orchestrated, by too many of their people. This dealership should come with a warning much like the one on a pack of cigarettes.

I recently purchased my dream truck from here, thanks to Lou!! He helped me out so much in so many ways and was truly the reason why I enjoyed this process so much. Super caring and empathetic, and I will definitely be returning for my next vehicle! Most people in this field or about the sale but Lou make sure I understood everything and felt taken care of!!!
