“Got the advertised remote starter, i asked about other models, employee said that's fine. The remote starter starts my acura 2016 mdx.. but the climate system doesn't work. It needs a module. Running lights don't go on when remote started and running..
I called with the issue, the solution from employee was to put tape over my headlamp sensor. I was livid .. and went to another car audio store to get the remote reprogrammed. ? but the real issue is this isn't the right remote starter for my Suv. It's the wrong remote starter.. its too basic .
Alot came out after I paid for the ads special. I did ask employee if I should go up a model. Or spend more, he was indifferent and sold himself out of a high end sale. .. he said I'll be fine. Turns out it's not the right model for my unique situation.
In remote start to review .. . the heat or ac won't work in remote start unless module is added, running lights won't turn on unless it's nighttime.. or tape? Lol. The car acts weird after remote start.. can't remote unlock doors
. Only hand auto unlock when at handle ..
I highly doubt the employee is still there.. I should of known better the lack of knowledge he had.
Anyways this was quite some time ago. But point herw is buyer beware

“The staff is helpful, but sometimes it takes a minute to get their attention. But once you go in they're very on top of prepping the car before it goes in and the car wash leaves my car looking like it was detailed. I love the free self service vacuums, helps finish the car up just right.”
