Needed windshield wipers today, went to O'Reilly's first and the guy told me that he couldn't put them on because it was too cold. So I went to Auto Zone in Enfield by Costco. Got great customer service and the nice guy had no problem putting on the wipers for me! Told me they do this in any weather.

Don’t bother ordering online, they will never fulfill it. Waited multiple hours for it to be ready, only to drive to the store and find all the employees on their personal phones. All while the “attention autozoners an online customers order is waiting to be pulled” rang out. They look at you like you are inconveniencing them by asking for your items. This store has the laziest of employees and they are extremely rude.

The people here are amazing. Josh really helped me out with identifying the correct wiper blades for my Subaru - he knew exactly which wipers would work with the proprietary wiper arms and saved me a bunch of time. I've been here a couple of times - everyone here is pleasant, knowledgeable, and willing to help

I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Matthew! After purchasing the wrong windshield wipers earlier in the day, I returned to the store, and Matthew helped me find the correct ones. He even went above and beyond by installing them for me and taking the time to show me how to do it myself. He was friendly, professional, and clearly great at his job. I’ll definitely be returning to this location in the future!

The employees are always a huge help, polite and friendly. The girls this morning helped me find a fuse, got my pellet stove up and running. They helped when the brake line broke, got me what I needed to fix it. Great location, great employees!
