Dropped off used oil. They insisted they help and take it from me and even discarded my containers. Very accommodating. Usually its like pulling teeth to get some employees to even notice you.

Had to order a replacement mirror for my Nissan. Turns out it was much more complicated than it seems. Staff was excellent in helping me pick the right color one. Thank you!

I would give them more stars. The reason being that if you buy the item online to pick it up it's less than if you just go to the store without the online purchase. They use the excuse that it lowers the price for the consumer. It doesn't, it allows them to hire less employees and or less qualified ones. I don't like being part of more people losing employment due to increasing online shopping.

I went to the Autozone in Enfield CT because my battery was acting strange and the website showed they had my size in stock.Showed up 10 min before closing time (8:50PM) and asked if they had time to test my battery. Without hesitation the nice lady grabbed the tester, came to my car, battery failed test.Asked her to go find the replacement while I pulled the bad battery out. Went inside, she had the battery ready, handed the core over, done….all in less than 10 min.It would have been easier for them to say “we are about to close” but instead, she and her manager did everything to get it handeld,Well done.

Stopped by yesterday afternoon for a refund on some parts that costed almost $200/piece. Upon walking to the counter & explaining to the cashier that I was there for a refund but I did not have the receipt, however, that I had spoken to a manager & was told it wouldn't be an issue to get a refund if I had the "purchase date" & the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The cashier rudely told me "that's what the receipt is for" & behaved as if though she couldn't help me. I continue to explain to her that I was sold two of the same parts that don't fit my vehicle & have no use for them, I did not want store credit because I had to get the parts elsewhere. I repeated to her that per a manager I have spoken to over the phone, I was told that I will be able to get a refund without a receipt. She caught an attitude, put both hands up & told a gentleman "I'm not dealing with this, you deal with this & started playing with her phone on the counter". Lack of professionalism & customer service. The two nice gentlemen there were able to look my information up & give me a refund without a hassle. I'm not sure if she was new, but definitely shouldn't be dealing with customers. I don't know where they get their parts from, but most are not of quality & they don't even fit my vehicle half the time. You can spend hundreds on a part & they won't even take a check engine light off. They use the "lifetime warranty" as a gimmick. The problem with that is that if you get the wrong part, no mechanic like to do double the work, no one likes paying for double work neither. Autozone has cost me inconvenience, my time & money.

Stephen the manager was beyond helpful wasn’t sure if I needed batteries or a alternator and he went out tested and made sure I got what I needed a couple batteries and installed them in a blink of a eye couldn’t be happier thanks
