I waited 45 minutes to try to talk with one of the people at the desk and ended up leaving before I completely lost my temper! It’s ridiculous how little customer service support is provided by BOA these days. It’s time to bank at a credit union. Smh

Bank of America is one of the worst banks in general, but this location really really sucks. The tellers are rude, managers even ruder, and the "rules" change every day depending who you talk to. One day, they'll cash your payroll check no issue and two days later they can't because it's not drawn of BofA. My BofA account is over 12 years old but I'm closing it.

My wife and I just opened an account not too long ago at this branch and since the moment we walked in, we have experienced nothing but awesome customer service. Everyone is super friendly and it's just a very nice thing to know if you are having any sort of problem with your account, they are quick to help and fix it the best way possible. I just had a small issue today as far as an overdraft issue with our account, I went in right away and it was fixed right away. Each person we had met to fix the problem. Amazing customer service and I'm very big on that. The manager was great as well she followed up with us right there in person to make sure everything was taken care of after Selia had fixed everything. I wish I knew everyone's names but just know anyone you go to at this branch will take good care of you.

Tried calling this branch a few times earlier today and no one picked up. It's typical for a BOA branch not to have enough people to service its customers properly. No matter where I go and I travel, all the branches never have enough staff. Also, very often there is not a notary or if there is you have to make an appointment. I can see why this branch has such a low rating.

my sister came into the bank and deposit some money, she met a bank teller name Donnald who had an austere manner. Extremely cold and gave my sister a hard time. This is the worst experience with this bank. Extremely unfriendly.

Probably the least helpful BoA I've ever been to.

I make deposits 2-3 times a week for my company. There are days when transactions are taken expeditiously and without much of a wait. Susan Conte, personality and demeanor aside, is so efficient. When she's not working, it seems things fall apart more often than not. Usually the other "teller" (she's the branch's "Financial Consultant") does everything in her power to avoid helping customers who are waiting in line. I realize it isn't her primary job, however, isn't customer service priority one? She should be dealing with the customers who are there, waiting, and then when there is down time, doing any and all other bank related business.

I purposely googled a bank that had "money order" services available and tjis bank came up as one. What upsets me is that I have Epilepsy and am not aloowed to drive so I had my cab driver drop me off at this bank for tjis one and only purpose. It was 12noon, had to wait about 10mins. (Mind you I had a drs appt. on alden ave. for 1pm which I had to walk to since my cab driver isn't my chauffeur) when I was told that this "bank" no longer nor has for some time been doig money orders, imagine my surprise. Was told CVS across the street does do money orders. Ok. Planned on walking there after my drs appt. anyway. Made it to my 1pm drs appt. Walked back to down the st. to CVS, shopped, asked for the money order but because my state I.D. Card didn't have an exp. date they were not allowed to issue me a lousy 20$money order. First. This bank needs to stop advertising that they offer this. Second, WHY THE HECK IF I AM PAYING CASH DO I NEED I.D. TO BUY A MONEY ORDER???????????
