Very disappointed with big Y kitchen they always forget some of my orders its unbelievable not the first time this has happened I ordered from the fish department and they always forget some of my food I dont get it do they not know how to read? Its expensive enough but this will be the last time I will ever order from here its disappointing how it has changed of people not caring 😔

The produce of the cucumbers ....why charge full price when they are getting soft
... obviously you guys at big Y haven't tasted them... because they're nasty when they are soft or getting soft....the flavor stinks ✓

This store is awful for delivery drivers. Working for DoorDash, I walked into the store, started collecting my items for a delivery given to me about 8:45pm, And as soon as the store hit 9:00 p.m. Some employee collected my cart while I was two isles over which forced me to contact doordash support and receive a fraction of the pay I was supposed to get.

We shop here often but had a fabulous experience with Chris when we got a few grinders for dinner. It was the end of the day but he was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Keep this guy....he's great!

If only the pizza shop could answer a phone every now and then the score would be better. The score reflects that service plain and simple.
