Not happy that Costco told me I needed a new tire pressure sensor and two days later light comes on. Called and recommendation was that probably another tire. Keep charging me $50 until they find the right tire?

My husband bought tires just under two years ago that were warranted. They were very expensive. His front driver side tire is starting to bald quicker than the others. We brought it in to see if we could get a new tire and the guy straight up said no that he’s been looking at tires for years and it’s a mechanical issue. I said I wanted to speak to his manager and he told me his manager was on vacation. So I took the car to my mechanic thinking that there was a mechanical issue. It turns out there is no mechanical issue. , Both front driver and passenger are worn out very similarly. Just need new tires to be put on. I will never ever go to tire center and buy tires ,they will not honor any warranty and have and find any excuse not to honor it.

We had new tires put on last week (quick and easy appointment) and within two days I ran over a screw in the road. They were able to get me in the next day for a repair and when they determined it was not fixable they swapped out the spare for me and ordered a new tire which was covered by the warranty. The staff were all friendly and helpful despite it being a busy Saturday.

Today was my third time going to this location in the last year. All three times took way longer than they said it would - today I had an appointment for 11 and was told they were understaffed and it’d take 1.5hrs to install my new tires, but it took 3 hours. I’ve been holding off on writing a review, to be sympathetic to the workers, but something is wrong here. I was told they’re understaffed all three times over the last year…

Clean, organized and well stocked...on Black Friday, no less! The food samplers MADE IT RAIN so obvi we bought everything. Even other customers were super chill as we threw axes in the aisle ("You should get that axe-throwing set--my kids love it!"), had a dance party amidst the bulk-nut offerings or just engaged in general shopping-cart buffoonery. Come one, come all to the Costco at Enfield!

This is the WORST store in the world! The store is too big and you have to pay to shop which is stupid. They DENIED me from getting samples. This is discrimination and I will not tolerate this disrespect. The employees are RUDE and not approachable or friendly. Never coming here again.

This is a review for Costco optical. It waa my first time getting frames here. I will never go back to any other store like LensCrafters after this. Norman is nothing short of exceptional. This guy catered to all of my needs and answered all of my questions witg outstanding patience. Even when I had to run around the store looking for my family who had our member card. He helped me pick out the pair of frames that complemented me and were a fair price! I will continue to rave about how wonderful Norman was! Give him a raise or something!!!

Was told that I couldn't use my wife's Costco card by the cashier, when my wife was 15 feet away at the food court. She blamed "corporate" for her decision to harass me. Thank you so much for your team spirit and Costco courtesy. I have never been treated this way at Costco before, but you just earned a one-star review.I want to add that I had 2 carts, so it was very apparent that my wife was shopping with me. She wanted my wife to get out of the long line at the food court to come back to prove that she was in fact in the building. I instead took out my card that had worn out and no longer worked for the scanner. This particular cashier just had a petty "bone to pick" with me. I guess I just wasn't her type of shopper.

I just have to say the women at Costco Enfield store are nothing short of amazing as a team. I stopped and mentioned to Ginny that I had a problem with pairing my hearing aid after changing from Verizon to T mobile. Ginny cleaned my earpiece and worked on trying to establish blue tooth. She had some problems, but said don't worry we are not going to give up. She teamed up with one of the other ladies and discovered my dominant hearing aid was now left and not the right side! My sincere appreciation for their effort to satisfy the customer in every way and with a very polite -Have A Merry Christmas!

Tired of tire pressure light going off in dash. Brought my vehicle to have nitrogen put in instead of regular air. And have 5 tires balanced and rotated. 37" tires (big and heavy) As a member I asked if it could be done. "Not a problem" They were professional and did a thorough job! Cleaned areas worked on, really knew their stuff. Even kept the garage door open so I could watch from outside. Thank you to Aaron M., the other Aaron and Jeff. Job well done guys! Highly recommend

Always clean, very helpful employees but I have one grumble. We love their Golden Taste Cole Slaw but Costco only carries it seasonally . When having sea food or fish Cole Slaw is a must and I wish Costco would reconsider and stock this fine product year round.
