I liked this Costco!! Although the line to exit, gets old. I was under the impression that it was illegal for stores to stop their patrons and check what they bought in the carriages. I realize people steal and this is probably why but that is my least favorite part of visiting any Costco store or Walmart for that matter

Costco is great but this location is not my favorite. It’s too small and cramped in the front end and can’t handle large crowds, which there usually are. The parking lot is even worse…

Really wish they wouldn't push the Executive member every, single, time you check out. Employees are given awards for getting the most upgrades. One week they were really aggressive with an elderly gentleman, he got confused and thought he couldn't check out with out upgraded. Had to tell the cashier and bagger that he already said no three times. Please, just let him check out.

I've never been to a Costco and had a pleasant experience. There is always WAYYYY to many people and people walk around like they have nowhere to be. Everyone constantly gets in the way and doesn't have the common sense to move out of the way or just stay to a side of the huge isles.
Only reason I still give it 3 stars is because I like the products Costco provides. Also, this particular location in Enfield CT is much more pleasant than the one on Riverdale street in springfield, ma.

Scanned membership card. They didn't tell me card expired. Shopped for hour & then couldn't buy at register. NOR HONOR. Manager neither. Bad taste in my mouth with customer service. Terrible. Never renewing. Give my business to somewhere better. Honestly it's only good for a few things. I do better the way I shop just about everywhere else If so goodbye Costco

My golly do I love going to the Enfield Costco with my lady. She just runs around putting things into our cart. She loves the healthy foods available. The employees are always nice and very knowledgeable with great patience. I always start off the Costco shopping experience with a slice of pepperoni pizza and an ice cold Pepsi. I will forever return to Costco. My only issue with Enfield Costco is the parking lot. It's very confusing and jammed. It's also dangerous and you have to be vigilant driving in front of the doors.

It takes a little getting used to because of the size and layout but so many choices. Staff is so helpful and friendly. Many things are good prices but some things are not a deal. Know your prices when you go in. The place is clean and well stocked. I would recommend giving it a try, especially for those stock up items.

My wife and I went to Costco this morning.
We were at the check out and my wife went to the pharmacy to get visine, the cashier got done with the person in front of me and asked for the membership card, I gave he my wife’s card, she told me that she could not accept it, NO Problem
I understood I called my wife and she start processing the order with a nasty attitude when done I pulled $220 cash out of my wallet to give to her, the cashier told me only the member could pay with a nasty attitude, so I gave the money to my wife for her to pay, and I said this is ridiculous we have joint accounts and the my money is her money.
She responded not everyone is like that.
I felt insulted, and ask for a manager.
She responded “ the non- member wants to complain “ again nasty attitude.
I don’t do any shopping, my wife does.
My wife has a card and my daughter has a card, I don’t have one because seldom do I go to stores. This is crazy, demeaning to my wife and I.
The manager offered an apology, the apology should come from the nasty employee not him.
Attitude is a choice and she chose wrong.
