“Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to James and Tom! I have personally witnessed true customer service from the both of them with other customers and myself!
James went above and beyond honoring a sale that didn’t start till the next day but because the signs were out he went ahead and honored the sale price which was really appreciated and just totally cool!

With Tom I witnessed a customer upset that there was a price discrepancy over an item that was a couple bucks and to provide a great experience and customer service Tom out of his own pocket bought the item for the customer!

It was truly amazing to see how caring and customer oriented these two were and how refreshing it truly was!

I just think the both of them deserve the respect of being recognized in a job where thanks isn’t always given!

Thank you both James and Tom for being friendly and just awesome dudes! I really like going to this Dollar General for the atmosphere of good people, great service and just a friendly environment!
