Outstanding Service and Flawless Repair!
I can't say enough great things about Enfield Collision! After my car was damaged in an accident, I was dreading the repair process, but the team made it completely seamless from start to finish. The staff handled everything. From my rental vehicle to keeping me updated every step of the way with phone calls and text messages on the repair process, which made the entire experience stress-free.
The staff was incredibly professional and friendly, and the turnaround time was quicker than I expected. The workmanship is top-notch— My car literally looks brand new again, like the accident never happened. I highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs; their combination of skill, transparency, and kindness is rare!

5 stars isn't enough for the wonderful service I received from Enfield Collision.My vehicle was stolen and damaged. I dropped by with pictures and they pretty much said, no problem. My car was towed there on Christmas Eve, totally inoperable. Very honest with the estimated quote and the possibility could more because I may need a new battery.
I pick up my fully functional vehicle today, washed and cleaned inside!
Quick, quality service, from a friendly, honest, professional team. Thank you for your kindness when I needed it most!
Update time. My dad's car was hit in a parking lot recently and once again Enfield Collision did a fabulous job with repairs and service.
I can't thank you enough for putting the biggest smile on his face when I brought his car back to him looking brand new again.

Had a dent/minor damage on passenger side back panel of my 2020 ram 1500. Enfield collision was the only shop out of 3 who was willing to repair without replacing the entire panel. They also did it at half the price of the other two quotes I received. It came back spectacular, previous damage completely unnoticeable. Highly recommended

I would’ve loved to give 5 stars but my experience did not warrant it. While I understand that the reason my vehicle waited so long was no fault of the center, this review isn’t about the wait. It’s about the service I received. After waiting nearly 5 months for my car I was extremely disappointed with the condition it was returned to me. My headlights weren’t working properly even though it went through the diagnostic tests. My windshield wipers were wired or hosed backwards and my car hood was missing a part that prevents water from flowing into the engine bay. For the amount that was charged to my insurance my expectations were high. But I will say they handled my complaints promptly and even gave me a rental while my car was fixed for the final time. But I’ve learned my lesson and will go to the manufacturer collision center. I really had good expectations especially since my roommates used them before.

Had a wonderful experience here. They are very accommodating if you have kids and the work is phenomenal. We had to get our bumper repaired due to someone rear ending us and they really did a great job! I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs body repairs. They also corrected a minor issue we had with no problem at all. Our work was done back in January and this is being written in August.
