I paid for an additional month in person, customer service was great, representative was friendly and knowledgeable, answered all my questions. I also mentioned the outside lights are not working and it's a safety concern for people using the facility after dark. It's been over a week and the outside lights are still not on , very dark unloading in the parking lot. So I'm giving 3 stars instead of 5, because safety should come first before worrying about being rated.

Very clean facility and excellent customer service. Carts are always available for use. Been with this facility for a few years and never had an issue. Good work! Thank you.

Good clean place to store your belongings
Workers are very friendly and very helpful
also i believe the workers should be able to have ac and heat in their office it was very hot when i came to get a storage unit and i instantly felt bad for the employee other than that great place!

Very nice facility. When I was moving out, I couldn't make the move out day, they reached out to me and helped me extend it to the next month with no extra charges and were always quick to help with any problems or questions. A little pricey but if you need temperature control and want an indoor facility I highly recommend.

The place is fairly clean. However, the constant increase in the monthly rent is a bit ridiculous. It started off at the mid $50 and 2 years later I moved out and I ended up paying over $200 per month. Clearly a very greedy business model. The only reason it gets 2 stars was because it was climate controlled and fairly clean. Renter beware!

Ben Mazza is the man !!! He took care of my situation 2x’s in needing a bigger storage unit right to the day I’m moving my belongings . Great experience and I will highly recommend Extra Space.Very clean !!!!
