Came in with a slow leak (1PSI every week to ten days) and in need of an alignment, left with a 6-10PSI leak every 40-50 miles and no faith they actually performed anything on the vehicle at all. I have gone back three times and I'm offered no solutions.

Don't go to Firestone, if you do what ever part they replaced ask them for the old part to be placed in the new part box and given back to you. Also check on Google what is the going rate for the job you are getting done, ask how much will it cost before they start, if you really want to spend your money wisely buy an ODB scan tool or scanner, and run the diagnostic of your check engine light yourself and Google the code. If you have a evap code, change your gas cap first.

Well, overall good. I was texted a time of completion but it was about 2 hours longer. Need to be better at telling customers what’s REALLY going on.
Too late but I found that my drivers door edge had fresh paint chipped off all down the edge exposing metal. I’m the only one who drive my vehicle and your team was the only ones who had it before this was noticed. I keep my truck pristine- it’s 10 years old and people think it’s new. I know where every scratch and ding are and notice new ones. Should have owned up to that. Likely banged door into the steel post in the bay. Otherwise good tire placement. And alignment. Rides good

Mark and the team are great. Keep my car quiet, stopping quick, mph high, and tires lasting long. They always let you know before you need work done so you can save some cash for the fair priced work.

Horrible experience. Came in with no heat and stated that the thermostat “ was sticking a little” so they replaced it for $580. Still no heat so i took it back. They had it for 12 hrs, says they need more time and all they suggested was changing the water pump because its ok ( i have 205,000 miles on my car. The whole car is old) and if that didn’t work replace the radiator, which wasn’t broken or leaking. Very little communication. Just bad all around.

Not sure why I ever went anywhere else. Service quick and with a smile. So rare to see nice people in Enfield.
I’m so happy I came here. I definitely recommend this service center. Five stars and A++ thanks Tristan and Andrew. Both so helpful. Thank you soooo much.

I took my Toyota Highlander to change the engine oil, they told me that it was leaking water from the engine gasket and when they finished the oil change, then it was spilling oil and water, I had to take my car to another shop.

I brought my van here for a new wheel bearing (which required an alignment) and also asked that they find and repair a slow leak in a tire, and mentioned that I was overdue for a rotation. To be fair, the new wheel bearing seems to be installed and working well. However, they said that they had performed a complementary rotation and flat repair, and it was listed on my invoice, but I got less than half a mile when the low tire pressure light came on again... The flat had NOT been repaired, and the wheel was in the same position (not rotated). I didn't pay extra for those services, but I don't appreciate being told it was done when it wasn't, and it makes me wonder what else they didn't do (alignment, maybe?)

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Firestone. A year ago, I got new brakes from them, and they didn’t even last before needing to be warrantied out. Fast forward to this past week: I brought my car in for an oil change, and they completely messed it up. They installed a faulty oil filter and ran my car with it, which could have caused serious damage. This level of negligence is ridiculous, and I no longer trust them to handle even basic maintenance. Avoid this place if you care about your car.

If you don’t mind waiting all day or leaving your car for 12 hours for even the simplest repair, this is the place for you. Their prices are outrageous—an oil change that costs under $65 elsewhere will set you back $135 or more here. Consider yourself warned.

Certainly appreciate Firestone very prompt and thorough service on my vehicle. Prior to Firestone, the other garage stated they will not provide services or work on my vehicle until sometime next week. Thank you Firestone for providing patience and professional kindness to your customer.

Service is fine, although everything seems to take longer than what we are told originally. Customer service is average - some ataff are better than others.
Two things to note - the bathroom is deplorable and bring earplugs to block out some of HGTV that is BLASTING so loud it can be heard in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Extremely headache-inducing experience.

I needed a headlight bulb replaced in my Range Rover Sport. The dealer required 90 minutes minimum, and other shops weren’t sure if they had the part in stock or could do same-day service. Firestone got me in, replaced the bulb in under an hour, and charged half the price. They were professional, courteous, and quick. Highly recommend—thank you, Firestone!
