Went in for a tune up and some fluid changes for my vehicle. Found some additional work that needed to be done. Unfortunately the parts were not available yet so I will have to go back but Bryan and the staff were great in their attempts to search for potential vendors for the parts.

Made an appointment for 10am for tire rotation and alignment. 630pm car just goes on the.lift for alignment and closed at 5pm.. Should.be free ! Learn how to run a business no worries town fair is no better. Pathetic scheduling! 0 stars wasn't available!

Some of the work I requested was not done, and nobody called to say it wouldn’t be done. Nobody called to inform me the truck was ready to pick up. I only found out when I called for an update almost a full 24 hours after it was done (minus the work they decided not to do). Employee argued that I didn’t request the work even though it was clearly on the email confirmation i received from Firestone. I will not be back to this Firestone and I will recommend people stay away. Hugely disappointed. I would have given only 1 star, but I’ve had decent experiences with Firestone as a whole. This bad experience was limited to the Enfield, CT location.

I was somewhat disappointed with my experience at the Enfield Firestone. My complaints are going to sound like minor inconveniences so take them with a grain of salt, but as someone that worked for the company for a number of years, I know that the minor oversights are the easiest ones to avoid. Firstly, I’ll say that I brought my vehicle in for a snow tire changeover, a service that used to be free if your tires were purchased from firestone. Both my summer and winter tires are Bridgestone brand and they were all purchased at a firestone, but after tax the service now costs $90. That’s fine, since I don’t have the means to do it myself, but with that cost there should be an expectation for a high level of service quality. When I came to get my car my summer tires were nowhere to be seen and I had to ask for them to be put outside; they were somewhere else in the shop, and they were not bagged for me. When I was a technician at Firestone, the policy and expectation was that you place all of the tires into bags for the customer so as not to get their vehicle dirty and make them available for the customer to grab. When I asked for the tire bags, I was handed 4 of them with a “here ya go” and I had to bag them myself in the cold parking lot. Not a huge issue, but again it’s not much more of an effort for a technician to do it in the heated shop considering I paid $90 for a previously free service. All 4 of my tires were also without caps on the valve stems. Again, not a major issue, but that would have taken 10 seconds for a technician to do while the tires were still at the tire machine or balancer. The final gripe is that when my vehicle was parked, the hand brake had been pulled up to the very top of its travel. Ripping a handbrake too hard and stretch or break the cable, and it’s just unnecessary wear on my vehicle. Like I said, these are minor annoyances so if anyone reading this brushes me off as an entitled Karen I totally get it, but I also know that there are other shops in the area, even other Firestones in the area that just have a little more attention to detail and provide a little better service.

I go here a lot to fix my vehicles. Their work is guaranteed. Nice employees. Courteous. My part came in early. Fixed my car early. I’m a happy customer.

I went in for a leaking valve stem ,the crew fixed it within 15min and the price was next to nothing .Friendly, promt and efficient ,very professional ,highly recommend!

They will get your car diagnosed and fixed up every time thats why they are not only 1 star. Dropped my car off for check engine light. Called me at 1:00 and explained what they found. Gave them the go ahead to do the work. They call at 2:30 n said it was all set. When i get there they hit me with $700 bill. Said it was for 3hrs labor and diagnosing fee.. really? 1:00-2:30 is 3 hrs labor? What a scamThen of course they find 2k worth of other fixes they want to perform. No thanks..

My son took his vehicle for an oil change and was charge $100. Never in my life have I paid that much for an oil change. When the appointment was scheduled no one mentioned the price. Appointment took 2 hours, what’s the point of scheduling if clients will not be attended on time. I have mechanics in my family and they said that it was a complete rip-off and waste of time. Never again and would not recommend to go to any Firestone location.
