I went to this store on 6/30 and was greeted very loudly/sarcastically by an older Caucasian male wearing a trucker hat with black glasses. As I’m shopping he’s calling his employees through a megaphone and saying inappropriate things to them through the megaphone in front of customers. As I’m ready to check out at SELF CHECKOUT a women walks in and he proceeds on screaming at her sarcastically “WELCOME TO FIVE BELOW” and she look at him and just said “Geez thanks”. So I am ready to cash out he proceeds on asking if I need a bag I say yes and he tells my partner “she wants a bag”… then he stands there next to me to scan my items and I politely said “ I can scan my own items at self checkout” he says “okay” and walks away. I finished cashing out and he says “thank you” as I’m leaving and then says “thanks for doing my job” (it’s SELF CHECKOUT) and all I said was “your welcome”. He is very unprofessional, sarcastic degrading human being to his employees and customers. I feel bad for the employees that work with him.

Great selection of items, staff available, knowledgeable of products in store and accessible to ask questions! Manager Jeff and his team keep a comfortable environment and store well organized and stocked. I dealt with Luis who knew exactly what I needed and did not hesitate to assist me in finding what I needed! Of course I couldn't resist finding more! Would definitely go back!

Store offers sales services for less than five dollars. Find toys, ornaments, decoration, candy, perfume, painting projects and activities such as paintings and more. You will love visiting it. I found some things to DIY my Christmas tree.

It's getting worse by the minute first it was five & below things now there charging things over $5 now there's stuff $7 & $20 wow on top of that they charge for the shopping bags how ridiculous use to be a fan of this store but little by little haven't been coming rather be at Marshall's or tj max ?
