I highly recommend Gary Rome Kia. Mary, Justin, & Shaun were beyond amazing. They knew my budget, understood my vision, and so smoothly had me walking out the dealership with my dream car. This is not just a dealership, this is family. This is a place where your family will always go to, where your children will get their first car because they know they are in good hands. My wife and I recently went and purchased a new Kia Carnival from the folks at Gary Rome Kia, and what a fantastic experience it was. Our salesman Brian Boglisch was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and was super personable that helped us have a great experience. If you are in the market for a new Vehicle, do yourself a favor and go see Brian, you won’t regret it!

first of all, let me just say to the smokers, HIDE YOUR ASHTRAYS THEY WILL STEAL YOUR CLIPS LOL (I am so serious though).I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change, my vehicle ended up breaking down a mile down the road after I left KIA. I returned the vehicle, and was advised my engine failed. I can’t blame them for this, as Kia engine failures have been on the rise lately. I was told because this has become a frequent issue, a loaner vehicle would not be available and I’d be put on a waiting list for one. Which was fine, no big deal to me. I was told they were contacting corporate, in regards to my engine’s warranty, and was told I’d be contacted within a couple days. This took a week. This was the ONLY time Gary Rome Kia contacted me first. At this point, the engine was ordered. I was not advised this would take another 10 days, so here I am almost two and a half weeks into being unexpectedly carless, have only spoken to Gary Roma Kia ONCE to let me know corporate approved of the engine and it’s being shipped, am paying for a rental out of my own pocket— I decide to give them a call and check the status. I spoke to my AMAZING advisor, Hector Ortiz. After being told an eta of “a couple days” AGAIN, I then ask him the simple question, how long does an engine swap normally take, in his experience? he answers my question by telling me to stop calling about my engine. This was my first time calling myself since I dropped it off for an OIL CHANGE. yes, you read this correctly.. Stop calling about MY vehicle in your dealer’s possession.. what a POS lol. I spoke to his manager who was mildly decent, a Maritza I believe, didn’t apologize for her rude employee. I was out a vehicle for a month and a half, paid out of pocket for a rental. Overall, this is more than enough to leave a bad taste in my mouth and will never return again. I actually suggest Balise Kia in West Springfield, MA. a short drive away, remodeled, and the staff is MUCH, much nicer.

Gary Rome Kia is a great place to shop for a new Kia . They gave me a great deal and took care of everything . I have two kias now because my 2010 KIA Optima is indestructible . Has 190,000 miles and still runs like a new car.So now I have a 2023 KIA Forte too.

We tried to work with this dealership to buy a Sorento. My wife wanted a specific exterior and interior combo. Unfortunately they didn't have anything. But John the salesman was the best car salesman we've ever worked with and we are sad we weren't able to buy from him. If we weren't in a rush for a vehicle we would've loved to wait and work with John to find the color combo we wanted.

Service was good but when they returned my car to me it was supposedly washed but it looked dirtier than they way I left it. The windows were so dirty I had to stop and clean them again myself so I could see out of them.

Had a great car buying experience with Gary Rome Kia. Brian B helped us from start to finish finding the right car and it never felt like it was to make a sale. From the initial meet until the closing of the sale, the entire team was supportive and responsive. An all-around pleasant experience.

I deal with Gary Rome Kia because of the salesman, John Bruso. We delt with him 3 years ago and the experience was was enjoyable. I would deal with GR Kia again and if I hear someone looking for a new Kia, I would send them to John. We are 2 and a half hours away but I will return.

We just bought a 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 from Gary Rome Kia. The process was so wonderful and they are a no pressure dealership. The whole process was fast and convenient. I highly recommend Justin Martin who was the salesman we worked with.

If I were in the movie Groundhog Day-instead of Punxsutawney, Pa I would choose to be in Enfield, Ct. I had such a great time purchasing my car at Gary Rome Kia I would replay that day over and over again. Bryan was the best salesman in the whole wide world and I will recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle!!! ?

This is the 4th time I have had my car at Gary Kia of Enfield's service department in the last year. The recent issue I was told, that the car needed a new oil pump. It was going to cost me three thousand to replace it. After another 2 months the same thing happened. I brought the car back agian they said it was the new oil pump, it was bad. They replaced it again After a month the same thing happened so I brought it back they had the car for a whole month and couldn't figure out what was wrong, they finally told me "the hose going to the oil pump was clogged up and charged me five hundred dollars for putting on the diagnostics machine again, after another month I brought the car back it was un driveable. now they are saying its the fuel pump and it will cost another 3 thousand dollars I don't think they know what they are doing!! I am taking it some where else and will never deal with them again. they do not stand behind there work!!

so, everyone I spoke to was really helpful. I would happily do a training at this dealership as I feel they could really excel from it. however, after my Kia was stolen .. took a little over two months to fix ( I know parts are hard to get ) the issue is it's insane that a deductible still needs to be paid for something out of your control and also. I'm pretty upset the car was there for so long and there is still a lot of glass shards through out the car and in the back seat. that's kinda disappointing honestly. after a theft it would make sense for a light detail or cleaning of the class.
