“I had tons of viruses on my phone, luckily Dio was able to remove them and explain in detail how to prevent a situation like this again. This location among all T-Mobiles is one of the best!”

16 Hazard Ave, Enfield CT 06082
“Prior to making it to the Enfield location I had a below average experience at the Longmeadow store. I wish I had just come here in the first place. Kevin and Ernie were able to help me and look into the problem and find a solution. Great customer service, they couldn't have been nicer ! Thank you ! I won't waste my time elsewhere next time.”

“We had a couple technicians come out and upgrade fiber. Corporate escalation team was prompt and helpful. The technicians Tom and Chris were both very accommodating and did a fantastic job on the install. Very professional and friendly. No gotchas or hidden fees like Frontier. Highly recommend for good customer service!”
