I went into this Enfield Joann's today because I thought that their Big Twist yarn was on sale. Online it said "doorbuster" and listed the price as $3.14. I figured that it was in store as well because that would be odd to have a sale online but not in the store. Well, the extremely rude employee rang up my four things of yarn and when I said, "Oh they aren't on sale?" She literally rolled her eyes and gave me such a disgusted look. She was like "No..." real snotty. I proceeded to ask if they honor their online price which was listed at $3.14. You would think I asked her to change the color of the sky! She was so extremely rude and mean. She claimed that the sale started online but not in the store. That has to be the stupidest thing I have ever heard in my life. When I checked online it said nothing of the sort. For a failing store that has already filed for bankruptcy you would think that they would honor their online sale price for the business. This employee obviously didn't know their policies and she acted like she was the manager when clearly she wasn't. I honestly can't get over how mean and rude she was! She was looking down her nose at me and my daughter like she was better than us or something. The workers at this store need to drop the attitudes because they look and sound ridiculous. GO TO THE HOLYOKE store. Better selection of yarn and material and the workers there are actually nice! Don't give this store your business.

Melissa the team member was helpful and very kind. Deb the manager is very knowledgeable and helpful.She has really kept the store up despite the hardship of not having enough help.Stop trying to be Hobby Lobby with so much Decor Joann's that are to pricey!!!!! Just want more crafts yarn,etc. Your clearance is also overpriced that's why your customers go to Michael's

I did an interview there and the manager was very ableist, saying I’m fully capable and don’t need a job coach which legally I’m allowed to use and they have to comply with that. I have BP, autism and elhers donlos syndrome. On top of that she was pretty rude to me as well. Saying she was glad I didn’t bring my job coach to the interview because they don’t “do job coaches” I WILL be writing a letter to corporate. Not the first time I’ve heard bad things about this manager.

I walked around for some time and was not acknowledged at Klim (this is not the first time). For such a small store, it should be the first thing to do to try and get people to spend money there and not go to another Joanns.I needed a lot of fabric and will be going to another location in the future.
