The worst KeyBank! I had fraud on my account and they closed my account and got rid of me! The Personal Banker Chaiza Alice’s was not sympathetic or had any empathy. Now I’m asking about my account and they said it was sent to collections. Upon speaking with them, I was told that my account information was recalled on 12/08/2023 and is now an inactive account! Now I’ve got to go into a branch to find out where the error was on their end because I can’t open no account with no bank due to Chex System! Update information: I went into KeyBank and realized that it was the Personal Banker who was non sympathetic; not the branch manager! I told her that I would correct this error and I have but upon speaking with KeyBank Fraud Department, I was informed that the branch manager was on the phone with them for most of the morning! She knew exactly why I was there because the East Windsor branch gave her a heads up; which they should not have done because it gives them time to get their affairs in order and not be surprised! ( But, me being in management for a property, I know how it goes)! A check was supposed to be issued to me at which I never received! I must say that the Fraud Department was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me!! I learned a lot from them! As far as when I went in the establishment; the energy was dry and rushed; due to having another appointment which was fine but you never make your customers feel unwanted. The Branch Manager acted like she knew nothing, when she did! Not acceptable! And that’s how I felt! They made a mistake and still was hesitant on even acknowledging or giving a proper apology! It’s ok because the KeyBank Fraud Department saved them with their customer service! That’s the problem with our society. When we make mistakes we fix it and don’t make the victim feel like the perpetrator!

Best bank in Enfield. All of the tellers are very friendly and helpful. Key Bank has also done away with archaic deposit slips in favor of just swiping your card at the teller window. In sum, Key Bank has been able to accommodate all my banking needs. I highly recommend them.

Account holder for 20 plus years. Treated horribly within the last year. I have closed my accounts due to continued phone calls about everything from financial planning to my checking account being obsolete because of a new system that was implemented. I highly suggest you find a credit union that treats you the way you should be treated.

I GO TO THIS KEY BANK IN ENFIELD A LOT AND VERY WELL PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES AND EMPLOYERS. AND THEE NICEST PERSON THAT WAITED ON ME WAS I THINK HER NAME WAS BRENCJE. SHE WAS NEW TO THE JOB. AND I WAS VERY PATIENT AND RESPECTFUL TO HER. I HOPE I SEE HER EVERY DAY. SHE WAS SOOOOOOOOOO VERY NICE TO ME. AND SHE MADE MY DAY REAL AWESOME RIGHT NOW. I JUST LOVE HER. The absolute WORST in Customer Service. Especially the teller named Jeremy. Should be ashamed at the way they treat their customers and their defective ATM machine ate my card- then they want the Customer to try and contact the ATM service they use to get it back? AVOID!!

They love charging you fees.Edit review not much to say except the bank likes charging fees. There is not a question or concern your practice needs work.Do better.

Since switching to KeyBank less than a month ago, I have had nothing but issues. From being told that they would match their website’s account opening promise and then being told they couldn’t after the account was opened and after my money was deposited.
